+ -1 moreHe quoted maximum price (verbally) and then more than halfway through project said it would be another $2,000.00 more. He did not finish: 1. Did not paint doors 2. Did not caulk 3. Did not finish painting 4. Promised keyed alike locks and installed two (2) different types of locks 5. Forgot to install flood vents and knew about installing them as part of code. 6. Was nasty about whole ordeal.
