Description of Work: Super service! Came the following day after I contacted him. Was not able to find the problem because machine was working well. However, said if any issues returned, i would be covered for 30 days. Re-set both appliances and have me lots of advice.

Description of Work: After our dishwaher overflowed into our kitchen we called Mr. Harrison and letf a message with his answering service. He called us back with in 30 minutes. He arrived the next day, diagnosed the problem - pump burned out on a 2 year old dishwasher! - checked with his supplier and checked the internet to see if he could get us a better price. Before he left that day, he gave us an estimate and made the follow up appointment to install the new pump. Mr. Harrison came back this morning and installed the new part - my wife said he's a nice guy. What more could you want.

Description of Work: Dave answered the phone promptly and set up a convenient time within 24 hours to repair our Kenmore washer. Very professional and I would definitely recommend Dave. He was courteous and was very knowledgeable about appliances in general. I would use him again.
