Perfectly, he replaced a part that started the compressor, saving my fridge from being replaced!

He was okay. He was very good. He was very honest and very forthright. He said it would be better to buy a new one than for him trying to fix it and charge me that will cost me to buy a new washer.

Despite calling more than once, I did not receive a call back for an appointment. Both the "buck" and the ability to obtain a call back and service appeared to stop somewhere on Mr. Harrison desk.

Got an appt the next day, it took 5 minutes to diagnose, 1 day to get the part (solenoid), Dave installed it the next day, and the washer is back in business. Nice guy, shows up when he says he will, no surprises on the work done or the bill, put things back in place. I would definitely call upon him for other appliance repair work in the future.

Early Monday morning, my wife asked me to try to start our 8 year-old GE dishwasher. I did try. Wouldn't start. Tried to unplug it, but it was hardwired. Called Sears -they could come out that afternoon from 3-6PM. Sears called later and rescheduled to Friday from 8-12 noon because their repairman was sick. Looked up repairmen in Angies list. Saw the ratings for Dave Harrison and used Angies text messaging to contact him. He replied that afternoon and asked me to: try turning off the power at the electrical panel; leave it off for 15 minutes; and try the washer again. Did and it worked like a charm. Called and thanked him. He was happy that it worked - no charge. Next time I have an appliance problem, he will be the first person I call.

I found Dave Harrison on Angie's List and gave him a call. He said he could be at our house the next day between 9 and 10 a.m. His charge to come to the house would be $65 and because we are Angie's List members and this was our first visit, he would give us a discount on his services. Dave arrived a little after 9 a.m. on the next day. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He looked over the dishwasher and quickly discovered a short in the power supply to the dishwasher. It had been installed using an incorrectly sized wire nut. The incorrect size allowed unwanted movement in the wires which resulted in overheating. Dave snipped away the old wires and installed a new wire nut. He was here for less than an hour. He explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend using him to others.

I called Mr. Harrison in the morning, and by 12:30 PM he was at my house for the repair. I liked the fact that I was talking to the owner and not dealing with a large conglomerate. His service was terrific. He told me when he would be there and called before he arrived. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what the problem might be and what his recommendation would be if the repair would be too expensive. His price was very reasonable and the service was great. I will be sure to call him again for any other appliance problem I might have in the future.

The nicest, most businesslike, competent, upbeat guy. He was the solution to our nightmare - 34 people for dinner on Thanksgiving and a dishwasher that quit working 3 days before that. He was fully booked. Made time to come out Tuesday and see if the washer could be fixed. When it couldn't he agreed to come Wednesday and install one that we were able to have delivered. He actually apologized that he had family responsibilities and wanted to be able to get the work done Wednesday morning. He was terrific.

Dave was patient and clearly explained the options. Did not try to sell a repair job when it might be better just to replace the old machine. I decided to go with a new machine.

Dave was friendly, polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all very honest. He provided stop-gap measures for both appliances, but was honest enough to let us know that they are both probably due for replacement versus spending a lot of money on repairs. Don't hesitate to contact this wonderful professional. Will be recommending him to friends and family.

Tried twice to schedule an appointment to fix a problem we were having with our oven. Dave cancelled the 1st appointment 10 minutes before he was supposed to show up. We rescheduled for the following week. Our appointment was at 9am. He never showed. I did end up speaking with him 44 minutes later to confirm he forgot my appointment. I cannot attest to his repair skills but his organizational skills are lacking. I am going elsewhere.

Our cooktop stopped working at 8 am and I called several providers from Angie's List over the next hour- Dave was the only one who could come on the same day- most were several days long waits. He was thorough, informative and affordable. Unfortunately, while it looks like we will have to replace the cooktop since the replacement parts are likely to be so pricey, I feel that we can trust Dave in his assessment.

I started load of wash on Friday evening. When I returned to laundry room a short time later, I discovered the laundry tub filled with water because I had left the lid up.When I lowered the lid, the wash cycle did not start; likewise, the spin cycle did not run when I switched the machine to spin. After unsuccessfully trying several other things to get the washer to work, I gave up and began to look for a repairman. My first choice was Dave Harrison based on his reviews, and proximity. I called Dave Harrison the following Monday and was forwarded to his voice mail. He returned my call within an hour and scheduled an appointment between 2 and 3 o'clock the next day. On Tuesday, Dave called and informed me he had finished his last job sooner than anticipated and was on his way to my home. He arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken lid switch. He replaced the switch with a new one, tested the washer, and cleaned up the worker area. He even cleaned some mess he had not caused. The whole process took about 45 minutes and the washer runs fine now. Dave charged me a flat fee covering parts, labor, service call, etc. Although I had not told him I was an Angie's list member, he asked if I were, and gave me a discount when I said was. I was pleased with Dave's service in all respects - he was polite, courteous, pleasant, professional, and did a great job, I will call him first if I have any appliance problems in the future.

Dave and his team was very professional. He confirmed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and fixed another problem found while completing the repair. The washer was a stackable full-size in a very tight closet area. Great work by the team.

Fabulous. In my message to him, I said that my availability for service was limited. Dave showed up within 20 minutes of calling me back and had the work done in less than 30 minutes. Very professional, clear about the issues and his recommendations, even cleared the accumulated dust out from behind the machine before he pushed it back into place.

Outstanding service all around! I called Dave on a Tue afternoon and he was ready to come out the next day, even though I eventually made an appt on fri for my convenience. Dave called prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was polite and very friendly. He went straight to work and in no time diagnosed and repaired the dishwasher. The repair was minor but Dave took the time to explain the problem and solution. Additionally, he made a few other adjustments and gave us helpful tips to make the dishwasher run more efficiently. His price was very fair. Dave was extremely honest and professional. I will definitely use him for future repairs.

A+++. Called at 10am on a Monday, Kenmore washer was repaired by noon. Dave Harrison was very prompt, personable, worked quickly, and had the necessary washer part on his truck. Sears appliance repair (1-800-4MyHome) couldn't get me in before Tuesday OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I don't know any family that can be without their washing machine that long.

Dave spent time talking to me, showing me that the part in question may be still under warranty, waited while I called GE with this new information, and in general was very proffesional, and at the end refused any compensation for his time. That alone will make him my goto guy.
