ALL BRITE SVCS

On September 3, 2010 my dog had an accident on a 9 X12 rug in a house that I was visiting for the month of September. I searched on-line for a nearby carpet cleaner and found All-Brite. I called them and told them about my problem. They said they had a pet stain remover which cost $100 extra and which they gauranteed would remove pet stains. I hired them and they stated that they would be there in the afternoon. They called me late that afternoon and said they they would not be able to make it but would come out first thing on Saturday morning. This was fine with me. All Brite did arrive on Saturday morning (Sept 4, 2010) and cleaned the carpet. When completed, the man presented me with a bill for $180.00 ( $80 for normal cleaning and $100 for the special pet stain remover). He then said that he would deduct $80.00 and if I paid cash would deduct another $20.00. I did not have cash, so I wrote him a check for $100.00 which he asked me to make out to his fiance. I thought this was strange but I did it anyway. The bigger problem was that when he finished cleaning the rug there were more stains than before. He told me that this was normal, that it was from the special pet stain remover and that they would disappear as the rug dried. Two days later the stains were still there. I called All Brite and they said they would come out and re-clean the rug. After two more days, when they had not returned, I called again. Again they promised to come out and re-clean the carpet. When All Brite did not show, I called several more times and all I got was their answering machine on which I left messages. I then called from a different phone and they picked up immediately. I again asked when they were coming out to re-clean my rug and they again promised they would be there soon. When they did not show up, I called using both the phones that I has used and could only get their answering machine. I suspected that they had black listed my phones and would not answer my calls. I then used a third phone and they picked up immediately verifying that they had black listed me and that they had no intent of returning to re-clean my rug. To make a long story short, it is now September 29, 2010, I am out $100, my rug still has stains ( it is worse then it was before they cleaned), All Brite has not come back as promised, they refuse to answer my phones calls and do not respond to my messages left on their answering machine. I will now have to hire a different carpet cleaner and spend another $100+. I want everyone to know that All Brite should not be used. They are totally unprofessional and un-responsive. It is not clear that they know how to clean rugs and carpets; they do not back up their work; they do not have the courtesy to return phone calls. They will take your money and run. WARNING:STAY AWAY FROM ALL BRITE!!!!

I called on Monday and scheduled a carpet cleaning with the owner. They come out the next afternoon and walked the areas to be cleaned with me. The company moved my furniture and pre-sprayed the carpet. They came in and cleaned the carpet, removing all the spots and stains. The owner even gave my son a lollipop! The carpet looks and smells terrific, all the spots are gone. They left me with a bottle of spotter and referral cards for my friends that had $20 off for them and $20 off my next cleaning. I will absolutely use All Brite Services again and I will refer them to my friends and family.

They did a good job on my carpets. I have called them before and received the same good service and quality cleaning as I did this time. They showed up on time. I like that it is not hard to schedule an appointment with them and they are flexible. They do however have a $99.00 minimum charge.
