After the work was done, I was unable to get an answer as to what the problem may have been. We were still getting some water, so they didn't do a thorough job. I called repeatedly to let them know. The girl who answered the phone seemed bothered and I was told on 3 separate occasions that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I had to have someone else fix the problem. It didn't cost anywhere near as much!

My husband spoke to George before he passed away. He told me, I would go with George. When he first put the roof on the house, it rained 4 days later and my dining room ceiling was saturated. It was just dripping with water. I called, they came out and they said they forgot to pull the tape off the back of the single to glue them down. Then I found out there's nothing to pull off the back. I asked him if he'd fix my ceiling because it was his fault to start with. The old roof wasn't leaking, just we needed a new roof. He would never return my calls. He wasn't in the office when I'd call. And then I had a roofer up there fixing my chimney and he said it's a terrible job up there.
