I used Old Field for multiple projects over the years. They did a good job. However, they've fallen off due poor responsiveness and I won't use them again. I asked for a quote and they came out and measured. After three weeks of trying to get a quote, still nothing. Moving on.

I reached out to Old Field in May 2017 to schedule an estimate after receiving a card in the mail from Old Field. Chris Turner and I played phone tag fro about a week before I sent an email and we were able to confirm a date/time via email. Chris was punctual, and professional during the visit. He spent more than an hour talking, taking very detailed notes and measurements. Chris said he would get back to me in a couple days. I followed up via email 2 times in the 2 weeks post visit with no response, no estimate- NOTHING. Chris wasted my time.

Description of Work: They put in new mulch beds and planted new flowers. The owner is very professional, but yet a very friendly person. He makes sure you are happy and he listens to you. He’s a good businessman.
