Brandon's team was professional and responsive.I would absolutely use them again.

They came and did the work as stated. I would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. There were additional charges only for what I requested. I requested fertilization and long seed. I have not used them before, but the lawn never looked better. They really did a good job. I was not there, but I am positive they were on-time.

It turned out okay, but it would have been a lot nicer if they told me that they would show up on a certain day. They never let me know when they would be coming.

The price was great, and it was obvious that the aeration took place. Unfortunatedly, the service was done prior to me turning my sprinklers back on...so, I couldn't mark the location of all the heads. One was damaged. I didn't bother the company because I thought I got a good deal, even if I had to pay for a new head. Still, I'm dropping them to a B for that. I would use them again and it would have be an easy A is the head wasn't damaged.

Because of my busy schedule, I had to reschedule the job. Technician was professional throughout process. Job was done in a fast and neat manner. I would use company in the future.

This service was ordered during our extended winter which delayed the appointment. No problem there. However after setting a time for the appointment the company explained their crew would not be over seeding, though the purchase certificate stated overseeding was part of the deal. I called around to other landscape companies and was told it wasn't a great idea to overseed and aerate in spring but to wait until fall. That was my lesson learned. After the appointment was set, HoneyGrove clarified in an email it would only be aerating the lawn. Since that was not what I paid for I communicated again with HoneyGrove to see how they would handle the misinformation on the certificate. They explained I got it wrong. I sent them a copy of the certificate where it stated the price was for aeration and overseeding and again they insisted I got it wrong. The week of the appointment came and I called to see if I could get the aeration date moved to the fall. I was told they don't come to my area that often and in fact were in the area for the day, would provide the overseed as well as the aeration and would rather not come back in the fall. The work was done efficiently, and the person to whom I had been communicating said they had tried to get the coupon language changed but Angie's List wouldn't allow it (this confirmed for me that I had interpreted the language correctly. ) The work was done well, but the customer service was poor. Thus, the overall rating of B. I would not use them again because HoneyGrove considered the area to be out of range.

Brandon sends me a contract and expects me to sign it sight unseen. He never showed up for the scheduled service or estimate. When I emailed him he said it was because he didn't receive the signed contract. On our initial phone call I told since this would be his first visit with me, no contract until I'd seen his work. Never called to say he wasn't coming or anything, very unprofessional.

Excellent communication throughout lead up to actual work being performed. Showed up on time and covered areas I specifically asked for. No hassle, pleased with job done.

I ordered this service in the winter but I was informed that I should wait until the weather got a little warmer. Sure enough when the weather turned I was contacted by Hone Cove informing me that they would be out the following week to preform the service. I had no problems and will use them again.

The contact, Brandon Turner, kept me advised throughout the purchase of when this work would be accomplished. They showed up early on the promised day. They were very professional and I would recommend them highly.

Brandon wanted an additional $100 for over seeding though this was included in the deal. He blamed Angie's List even though his current deal very clearly states "aeration and overseeding". It was at his recommendation that I've requested a refund. Glad I became aware of his level of integrity before having him do work.

Brandon, the owner, is super. It was nice not have to do this work ourselves like we usually do. Brandon made a couple of trips to our house to look at the job and to answer our questions. He was very patient and took time to answer all my questions and emails. Only thing I would recommend doing differently is there should probably be a little more mulch, not pile the mulch up around the tree trunk as recommended by our landscape architect, and not cover the plantings with mulch like was done with the lirope. Brandon even took time to look at my daughter's house and to make recommendations for improvements there. He performed the work as scheduled and we will definitely be using him again.

I called four companies on Angie's List about our need for some leaf removal and gutter cleaning. We were on a tight schedule because we were moving out of our rental house that weekend and needed the work completed before the walk through. Two companies called me back and said that they couldn't attend to my small job for three weeks. One company never called back. Brandon, however, said that he would try to fit the work into his schedule. He promptly provided a reasonable estimate and did the work the same day. He and his co-worker did an excellent job. We couldn't have asked for better service and we will call Honey Cove again now that we have purchased a home nearby our former rental house.

Brandon did a very nice, and very efficient job of aerating both our front and back lawn (the back is quite large). He was very nice, polite, and good to work with. The only problem we had was scheduling. We went round and round for a few weeks trying to schedule our appointment. Twice the issue was due to weather, and obviously that is no one's fault, but the primary issue was that we live in Hyattsville, MD and it is really outside Brandon's service range. So, I would definitely recommend Brandon and his company based on the work he did, but I will not hire them again due to the distance/scheduling challenges.

It was terrible! They kept changing the time. I had them to re-seed and I haven't seen a seed come up yet. I purchased the deal in September and they came out sometime in October. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They charged me for the seeds. I think it was $77, I'm not quite sure. He was very difficult to talk to on the telephone. The price was cheap. He didn't call and make an appointment. I had to call him.

The work was performed professionally and at a price that was comparable to renting and transporting an aerator if I were to do it myself. I made an appointment that I thought was to have the job done. The person arrived with the aerator and tried to sell me a couple of other services. When I didn't purchase any other services, he made arrangements to come back the following week. While I may have misunderstood the purpose of the first appointment, the company should have made it clear that it was to assess the job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out pretty well. He tried to act as if he didn't know what the cost was, and asked for more money. It was a little shady.

I was very confident that he was knowledgeable. He was professional and extraordinary willing to come up with a fair price. He was very good and I would recommend this company.

I thought my lawn might profit from aeration, but after the provider looked at it, with all the oak tree roots, he doubted whether it would do much good. I appreciated his frankness!

There were a few days that we were told they would show up and they never did. Once they did come, they went out of their way to work around our schedule. We were pleased with the work done.
