I had a phone call within minutes of submitting a request for a quote here on Angi’s. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though our problems were not an emergency, this company was able to come to our house same day and get everything fixed and replaced in less than an hour. A small town business we were very happy to support. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very good job, got it done quickly and at a reasonable price. Also gave a very thorough explanation of post treatment steps to take.

Cannot say enough good things about D&D. Our water died {mid shower!} and we were in full panic. We were so lucky to reach Donnie who told us he would be out around noon the next day. True to his word he and his son Hayden showed up shortly after noon, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the pump and left less than an hour later. We were so impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Can't say enough great things about D&D Water. We emailed them on a Monday night around 9PM and they got back to us first thing Tuesday and were at the house to help by 0900 that morning. Donnie and son were SUPEr responsive, friendly and timely in helping us to diagnose the water issue with our well water. He was not trying to sell me anything, just trying to fix what was wrong. I did eventually have him replace the very old water tank with a new one, and the cost was super reasonable. It was way more than i was expecting. Our water died Dec. 30th. I emailed the company that evening and received a phone call at 8AM the next day. Told me they would be out early afternoon. My wife was convinced that they wouldn't fix it that day. The guys replaced a switch on the pressure tank, pulled the pump, replaced it, and got the water back on in 80 minutes. When our water stopped at 10:00 AM Sunday I started contacting contractors near me - I left a few voice messages and even spoke with a hotline who told me the on call technician would call me 'shortly. When I called D&D Advanced Water Donnie answered and told me he could be at my house within the hour - and he was. He quickly determined that my well pump had failed and then set about to replacing it, which he completed within 2 hours of arriving. Our water is flowing stronger than before and we are quite satisfied with Donnie's work. Forget calling around when you need emergency well service, call D&D Advanced Water LLC and Donnie will answer directly. I still haven't heard from that on-call technician.

I noticed that my well pressure tank was rapid cycling whenever the water was being used. When I did a google search for companies, I was impressed with all of the positive reviews for D & D Advanced Water Technologies and liked that it was a local company, so I called to schedule an appointment. I will echo all of the excellent reviews that have been written. Donnie knew right away that my tank was bad, gave me a fair price and said he could fix it right then which he and his partner did! They did an excellent job and had my new pump installed in even less time than estimated. If you want someone who is professional, knowledgeable and affordable, call Donnie! He and his team are awesome!

The water stopped running in my house. I have a deep well pump. It was 27 degrees outside, ice storm and contractors backed up. Donnie was able to get to me the same day & diagnosed and completed the work in 1 hour. The pressure switch on the holding tank burn out! Very knowledge, pleasant and helpful in every aspect.

One of the key characteristics of quality and trusted service is having someone respond that is competent and honest. Donnie and his team showed up to replace my well-pump and Donnie gave top-shelf advice and service. His knowledge and rich family history working here in Charles Co. is a huge plus. He knows how your service should be best configured to meet your needs. He replaced my well-pump, tested everything, and even identified and eliminated another potential problem in a relay and replaced that at a minimal cost. I would recommend his company to anyone who wants their work done right!

Responded to my call about low water pressure from my well by the next day. Replaced a malfunctioning part and corrected some settings. fast, efficient, competent

We lost all water pressure on Saturday night, had no water. Called on a Sunday and they were there right at the time we agreed on 2 pm. They found the problem fixed it and were done by 3:30 pm. These guys were great! Professional, prompt and affordable. Will never call anybody else for well issues.
