It went very good. Just one worker came out. It was just one at the bottom of the roof so it didn't involve a lot of work.

Originally they plowed but we changed our driveway so now they use a blower.

They do just about anything. Communication is okay as I can just call the owner.

I have been using them for about 7-8 years. Which is more than a lot of people do.

they would come every week on the same day (which is good) but would cut the lawn regardless of the lawn condition, so, if the lawn was very wet, they woukd still cute I their ride on mowers, ripping up a good amount of llawn. After I complained once, they would just not do the areas that had an incline (50% of her lawn -typical for this area) leaving me with a yard that was half cut. They refuse to use any other equiplent to do the sloped areas. When I complained again, I was told that I keep bothering them and I should find someone else. I agreed. We have had other lawn services (unfortunately no longer cutting lawns) that cut the lawn with slopes using a combination of large ride and smaller mowers so that the entire lawn was mowed properly and without damage. This is not a professional lawn service.
