Did not fix the TV. Still have the problem. Still waiting for him to come back to "reformart tune the red in the TV" his words. I will have to hire another person to fix the problem.

Ali, had a hard time finding the apartment, it is complicated here. We were able to meet. He did an excellent job and left. Very courteous.

They were on time and fixed my TV without taken it back to the shop.

Ali was professional, efficient and seemed to be a very fair business person. Rather than replace the total board because of a defective component (which was an intermittent problem) he took the board back to his shop and simply replaced the component for a more cost effective solution. He IS a repairman and NOT just a replacer of parts! I liked him and would use him again.

Ali Eidizadeh, called within minutes of my making a request for service. He arrive for my service appointment at the agreed upon time. He was very friendly and courteous. He was able to diagnose my problem accurately within minutes. Ali also gave me other options just in case I needed follow up service. I would certainly call him again if I need TV repair service.

Prompt response to internet request for service (1-2 minutes after placing request). Arrived when scheduled. Excellent value for the money. Will call again in the future.

A repairmen from universal electronic, came to my home 5/30/13. He did a visual inspection of my TV and concluded it needed a part. He said he would order the part and let me know when it arrived. He charged me $45 for the inspection. He called him in June to find out what was going. He told me he couldn't find the part. I haven't heard from him since.
