+ 0 moreFrank did 2 jobs well for us. The 3rd job of replacing a storm door did not go well. We ordered a full view storm door with nickel handle and his workman installed a partial view door with a white handle. The charge was $965 which my wife paid because I was out of town. She thought I had changed my mind about the full view door and so accepted it. The installer partially botched the job because the door did not close properly and the wind safety chain was not installed. When I arrived home and immediately emailed Frank about the mistake he sent an almost immediate response that we should talk. My next email to Frank before calling him was that I wanted what I ordered - a full view door with nickel handle, and that I was willing to negotiate a remedy. In other words, I clearly said in the email that I didn't expect him to bear the total cost. Frank did not respond to 2 emails and after 3 weeks I purchased and installed a full view with nickel hardware and I'm out $965. Seriously unprofessional behavior. When all went well, he was responsive, but when a real problem was encountered he blew me off.

Description of Work: We had an kitchen sink that wasn't mounted correctly by the builder. As a result it was dropping. We contracted Frank to do the job. He came in for an inspection and told us what needs to be done, an estimate and possible start dates. When we gave our go ahead, he came on time and did a great job. He had to support the sink use studs that were screwed to the cabinet. The job was tedious because the space to do the job was very limited. I would definitely contact Frank for home repairs.

+ -1 moreHe is a contractor and I think the guy's name is Frank Zappala. He was very punctual. He was good. I am happy with the fence. My husband requested an estimate from him and he called us the very next day. He came out very quickly and gave us the estimate. He was very punctual. He didn't let grass grow under his feet at all. I would probably use him again if I had a need for him. He does a variety of things. I don't think he does just fencing. He will get any job that you need done and be very punctual about it. He gave us the estimate and got the work done for us. We paid him for the service. He was probably a little expensive, but not overly so. The price wasn't terrible, but it was a little more than I expected. We needed to have it done because we have 3 dogs.
