 + -1 moreBig turnover in personnel. Sometimes they are short of staff. I used them to purchase pool supplies.

 + -1 moreWith a cool spring the refinishing took more time than we thought it would. But you do want a good finish and mother nature determines the time when they can actually work. They needed to return to fix a few spots but that is expected. At the end of the project we have an excellent finish. Crystal Pools never fails. We used them at the initial installation of the pool, 12 years ago. They are maintain our pool throughout the summer (about $1400 per summer) and now they have refinished the pool. Pete is incredibly responsive and knows his stuff.
Description of Work: Drain and cleaned pool interior. Refinished Pool in "mother of Pearl" aggregate finish.

 + -1 moreThey are wonderful. They are very responsive and very professional. They are always on top of things and willing to help. When some of the equipment they gave me didn't work quite right they were fabulous about replacing it.
