The entire experience was professional from start to finish. Their price was competitive and their service was exceptional. We were in a rush to get the inspection done so we could get our family settled into our new home. Terry came out the day after we called to schedule an appointment and thoroughly inspected the entire home and property. He even climbed ladders and entered a tight crawl space to do a thorough inspection. He was able to provide us with a comprehensive report via e-mail within 1 hour of the home inspection. The findings ranged from minimal to major and were all addressed by the seller. Thanks to Terry at Advanced Pro Inspections our family can rest assured that we made a safe and sound purchase.
