+ 0 moreYou get what you pay for. John Jiminez was the lowest cost contractor I contacted, and it showed. The quality of work was shoddy. What was more frustrating, his team went about 4 weeks over the estimated time line and more than $1,000 over budget. I need to hire another contract to fix most of his work. Avoid this contractor at all costs.
Description of Work: Installed shelving; installed two screen doors; demolished and re-tiled bathroom shower tile; performed drywall repair

+ -1 moreAfter a quick start in August 2009 work started dragging and more and more as his employees were working on other projects. It took months of followup with a problem with hazing on the tile to be resolved and to get the windows installed. In May of 2010 I escalated to Service Magic which had originally referred me to this company. More work was done over the next two months but the project was never finished. Also I was not properly given my $1500 credit for tiles and furnishings that I had paid for. All and all I am out about $6000.
Description of Work: JNR Construction was hired to renovate a bathroom and do some misc maintenance around the house.
