This company did a great job. They were punctual and attentive to any concerns I had. I can't believe the difference in the before and after of both my house and deck. They did a phenomenal job and highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again!

We started scheduling this service in late 2015 as I wanted to be one of the first houses done in 2016 when weather permitted. We keep in touch over the winter and narrowed down a date as the days got warmer. Dillions did a great job. He even was able to recommend a good company that he had experience with to help me get the deck stained. Overall nice guy and great work.

Jason did a fantastic job. The northern facing portion of our house gets very little sun and was caked in mold and mildew from many years of not cleaning the vinyl. He was able to get the vinyl siding and gutters/soffets to look like new again.

He made the house look great. Even was able to clean my walkway made of flagstone. (Not on the List) Very happy to see it so clean. Took the time to explain how certain mulch would leave a small spots on siding from a mold. Recommended that I rake away from house and check for mulch that won't do that. The side of the house where the garage is was so green no sun there and windows too that I didn't know if it would come off. Looks great. Would highly recommend Dillon's Powerwashing Service.

DIllon's Powerwashing promptly responded to our request for an estimate and once we agreed on a date the company showed up on time. They called in advance to make sure that the agreed upon date was still convenient and they let us know when a half hour in advance of their arrival. Once they arrived they introduced themselves and began the power washing activity. There were absolutely no problems and all work was performed professionally and respectfully and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The one (1) thing they did that we appreciated was arrange to come back the next day to install the screns that they removed to avoid tracking up the house since the porch decking was wet. They came back the next day and replaced the screens. (wooded lot)They presented us with a bill that was reflective of the work and easy to understand.

Jason Dillon arrived on time, completed the cleaning of house/deck in a prompt and professional manner. My house is situated close to the bay, a lot of wind debris , salt, dirt and algae/molds. Windows are difficult to clean because of the accumulation. When Jason finishes, my house and deck look new and the windows sparkle clean!!! I am always amazed at the transformation. I have used Dillons Powerwashing for several years and have always had an excellent experience dealing with this company. I know I can count on their professionalism. They have also cleaned my stone patio, restoring it to the original beauty. Because the company uses a low pressure system, if winds are blowing hard, they might have to re-schedule but its well worth the wait and the company strives to please the customer with a quick re-scheduling appointment.

I contacted the company during the first week of Mar. 2016 to get an appointment to power wash my house, patio, and front stoop/walkway. Instead of giving me a specific date and time, I was told that they would call the day before the service was to be performed. The job was not scheduled until 2 weeks later. On day of job, no one called or showed up to work. Instead, I received a phone call from Jason Dillon at approximately 5 or 6 pm that they would not be coming because it was too windy after they finished the last house. So, although I had patiently waited 2 weeks to get the job scheduled, they worked on other homes before mine on the day of the appointment and never got to my home before weather conditions changed. I was told that the job would get done during the next few days, weather permitting, even on the upcoming Saturday or Sunday, even if Jason had to come do it himself. That did not happen. The following Saturday was a clear sunny, windless day but no one showed up or called. I tried calling them a little before noon but got only voicemail. No one returned my call until the following Monday, stating that they did not come because they forgot that the it was Easter weekend. What business schedules appointments without a calendar in front of them? So, as of now, I am continuing to get the "it is too windy", "we will do the job tomorrow, weather permitting", etc. At this point, I have decided not to use the company. I think this company is great to use if you have no time frame within which you want the work done. I am preparing this home for sale so I needed it power washed by the end of March before the exterior painting was done, which I told this company when I first contacted them at the beginning of March. I was assured and believed them when they said they could get it done by that time because, after all, I was giving them approximately one month to do the job; the house is only one level, approx. 2000 square feet with a small patio and front stoop with walkway. And there were plenty of good days the job could have been done during the two weeks it took them to schedule the job. Also, there is no way to contact this company except by phone and you get voicemail every time you call. So there is no way to reach them immediately.

He did a wonderful job my mother kept coming out and talking with him it usually takes about an hour to do a home it took him about six hours to do both do to the fact my mom and him kept talking ans had a heart to heart an felt she could talk to him about things she thought might upset us . he cleaned the entire home from the ground up not using even one ladder he was able to clean the gutters in and out as well as all the siding soffits ,downspouts all the trim and the exterior of all the windows at no additional charge. He also kept us well informed as to when he'd be out to complete the job an one of the things I liked best is if an issue came up to where he couldn't make it or the weather was bad he made sure to keep in contact and informed .Mr Dillon even came out on a Sunday cause he new we were on borrowed time. The houses came out looking beautiful just as the day they were built maybe even better cause he got rid of all the green alge ,black mold and mildew the houses looked great and the free window washing was worth the price alone thye came out great and spot free . but most of all he's a kind hearted hard working man who takes great pride in his work who took the time to explain everything and spoke to my mom an had several heart to hearts I believed they both cried he did a wonderful job and we will is him in the future for years to come . when we booked with him they were booked two weeks out and he did his best to get there asap and we thank him for that remember now they use low pressure so the winds especially in southern MD. Are especially high but it is well worth the wait . you won't be disappointed I'm sure of that . he also for no reason at all would not except my mother's money she forced it on him and he would not budge he did a two for one special which I no he probably just broke even he's a good man with a kind heart. Provider did a good job. They use a low pressure washing system, which is much better for your house (no damage). They were delayed several days due to high winds, but called me to keep me informed. They also threw in the wax treatment as a complimentary bonus due to the significant delays (which were not their fault.) I was satisfied with the job. It looked nice. Mr. Dillon is an honest man and he was also kind enough to mail me a receipt since I am not local to the house (it is a rental house). Some people I have worked with have not even been willing to mail me a receipt (or even email me a receipt). I would hire Dillon's powerwashing again.

Matt did an excellent job of power-washing the entire house (vinyl siding and windows). He even spent extra time climbing onto the first-floor roof to spray to the top of the second-floor roof. We are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend this company to everyone.

My neighbor invited us in on a group deal with these guys. Our house is 3000 sq feet above ground and the siding extends 30 feet above ground in some areas. They do it all from the ground with low pressure and the results were fantastic. The siding, deck, and walkout look new again! I wish I had some before photos because the results were dramatic. I'll use Dillon's again in the future.

Jason contacted us 24 hours in advance of our appointment and advised what time he would be at our residence the following day. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my siding and brick. I would highly recommend them for both price and as well as service provided.

They showed up on time when I called they answered the phone they said they'd be out without within three or four days they called 24 hours prior to the service being done to confirm the appointment they did a great job I would not use any other company Ever again I didn't even have to be there did it have to take a day off work an came home to a beautiful house again an all I had to do was pick up the phone once to call an one more to confirm the appt. there very VERY friendly if asked they will even go outta there way to do a lol extra I don't believe there's another company out there like Dillons I no there the only company that don't put ladders up on your house an dent your gutters up they do it all from the ground with lie or no pressure unlike other company's who clam they use med. pressure which is no diff than high pressure an those company's can't clean your windows around them of your door Dillons does the WHOLE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE THERE NUMBER ONE ASFAR AS IM CONCERNED I'VE USED MAMY DIFFERENT company's never more than once but wth Dillons ill use forever an tell everyone about them an they are the cheapest around they say the set the standard in the cleaning an restoration industry an they do they also say you should expect quilts work and that's what you will get
