John and his crew did an excellent job despite the weather's best efforts.

Let me tell you about Crockett and Sons Concrete Inc.. I contacted 4 concrete contractors for replacement of two existing sidewalks in front of my house and repair of some paving stones on a patio in the rear of my home. One contractor never called me back, one contractor stated he would call me back, but never did, one called me back-then set up an appointment for an estimate-but never showed up! This , unfortunately ,is the common rude behavior many concrete contractors exhibit-especially during the summer when they are very busy. Crockett and Sons, despite being very busy, returned my call right away-then promptly set up an appointment for an on site estimate. They showed up right on time, listen to my concerns, took the appropriate measurements and left. I received an estimate, via e-mail a few days later. After agreeing to a price and signing a contract, the workers showed up a couple of weeks later and completed all work in one day . The work performed was of excellent quality, the job site was left in a clean state, and they completely repaired any landscaping damage caused by the work. Very satisfied! Mark

No blue prints, either! I gave them hand-drawn diagrams on a piece of paper and we walked it out (in the yard). I had no specific measurements but gave a verbal description of what I wanted. Their work EXCEEDED my expectations. I've referred them several times after their job with me was complete. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I appreciated John Crockett's responsiveness and either came over or returned my call within a day!

They were really flexible. They let us combine an order with another neighbor who was just down the street who had the same thing done, and that saved us money by only getting one delivery of concrete. They were very professional about being on time and cleaning up after themselves. Their work is holding-up nicely. Their price seemed reasonable. They were right in the middle. They worked with us on the price. We would probably use them in the future.

They did a great job. There were some weather issues, that were out of their control, but they were really good about calling and letting us know when they would be here to finish the work and we were very pleased with the job when completed.
