He evaluated the space and needs, arranged for all the work to be done, checked on it regularly to be sure it was happening just as expected, gave clear instructions for us to complete the sod integrating process and even adjusted the swing set in one area to make it more accessible and safe. He was friendly, thorough and patient with all the quirks along the way.
Description of Work: He filled in and leveled an area of our back yard for a large, wood swing set to be set up on. He also planted sod on all exposed areas that filled everything back in very nicely.

+ 9 moreWe had a general idea of the design we wanted in our bathroom. He was able to match the countertops and other items in the space. He is very dependable and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Ogden Construction did major construction in our home. We had a floor beam break, and he put a new beam in. This required tear out and replacement of the flooring, relaying the carpet, and replacement of some of the joists. We hired him a second time to fix an issue with the flooring we had in our bathroom. He replaced the flooring and retiled our bathroom. He also put in new cabinets and countertops.
