Excellent end product. Grade is perfect, pavers are level, and the workers went above-and-beyond despite my lack of Spanish (cold ice-tea works in any language). After being told for six months by ANOTHER guy that he would do this project, I was delighted with Fine Earth's reliability and commitment to quality work. The rep could even explain the products and the process in a way I could understand.

We had a horrible experience. They deviated from the original plan, and didn't tell us until we asked after seeing a revised drawing on the eve of the start of the work. Apparently code regulations didn't allow them to do the original design, but they should have told us instead of trying to slip their mistake past us and assuming that we would go with their unilateral new design. They also were very careless and disrespectul of our property. They dumped the gravel onto my neighbor's property, killing their ivy, dumped gravel against our brick house and chipped our brick when scooping it out with the Bob-Cat. Cut our cable TV wire THREE separate times IN THE SAME SPOT (you'd think they would remember where the wires were after the first incident), etc. One supervisor there seemed very understanding of the situation, but for some reason he passed responsibility on to another person who was not helpful at all. The end product was mostly OK, except for the lawn, where they seeded.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED WITH REASONABLE PRICES.
