"My initial call to the company went very well. I made an appointment for certain day and was told someone would call me the morning before coming out to do an estimate. No one called. I called the company back a few days later to make another appointment. I was told someone tried to call me but I did not answer my phone. No one called me on my cell phone. No one left a voicemail on my cell phone. Then I was told someone would come out the following morning. No one came and no one called... again. I understand this is a busy time for tree removal companies, but as far as professionalism goes, I believe this company needs more training when dealing with first-time customers."

Topsoil should go down first.
