+ -1 moreThey hired all illegals. The grass seed he spread was dreadful the worst seed. When it finally grew up, it was full of weeds. I spoke to him on the phone we made arrangements to appraise what happened. He never called or showed.
Description of Work: I hired Payne in the grass to reseed the front lawn.
