Stress Free Cleaning

FOUND THEM ON HOME ADVISOR WEBSITE I PUT IN A REQUEST AND THEY CONTACTED ME A LADY NAMED STACI I TOLD HER THAT THE HOUSE WOULD BE VACANT AS MY FAMILY HAD ALREADY MOVED OUT OF THE HOME AND THAT IT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED FOR A MOVE OUT INSPECTION AND SO THAT I COULD ALSO GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED DONE WHEN STACI CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME A QUOTE AND EVEN GAVE HER A LIST OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WELL 2 DAYS BEFORE STACI WAS SUPPOSED TO COME I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER THE DOOR WOULD BE UNLOCKED AND I WOULD LEAVE THE MONEY ON THE COUNTER, WELL THE DAY OF THE CLEANING I HAD A BAD FEELING AND DECIDED TO LEAVE STACI A NOTE AGAIN WITH WHAT I NEEDED DONE AND ALSO A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL SO MY MOTHER IN LAW COULD BRING THE MONEY. WELL YESTERDAY AFTER STACI GOT DONE CLEANING I WENT BY THE HOUSE AFTER WORK AND WAS DISGUSTED WITH HER SERVICES THE TOILET STILL WAS DIRTY UNDERNEATH THE STOOL, MY OVEN WAS STILL DIRTY, MY DISHWASHER WAS STILL DIRTY WHICH WAS ON THE LIST ALSO I STILL HAD DIRTY SPOTS ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR. I CALLED THE BOSS CYNDEE FEEHELEY AT 443-513-0412 AND TOLD HER HOW UNHAPPY I WAS WITH STACI AND HER SERVICE RIGHT THEN AND THERE CYNDEE OFFERED TO COME OUT PERSONALLY FIX THE ISSUE BUT I WOULD NOT ALLOW IT SHE SAID STACI WOULD BRING ME MY REFUND TODAY BUT THAT NIGHT STACI CALLED AND I TEXTED HER PICTURES OF MY ISSUES AND ALSO EMAILED CYNDEESTRESSFREECLEAN@HOTMAIL.COM THE SAME IMAGES AND NEVER EVEN HEARD BACK FROM THE OWNER CYNDEE SO TODAY STACI SHOWS UP ARMS CROSSED WITH AN ATTITUDE AND ASKED ME TO SHOW HER THE PROBLEMS AND I DID AND SHE JUST NAGGED ABOUT HOW SHE SPENT 3 HOURS IN MY EMPTY HOME CLEANING REALLY AND SHE SAID SHE BUSTED HER ASS AND I DID NOT DESERVE MY MONEY BACK AND FOR ALL OF THAT SHE COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANING SOMEONE ELSES'S HOME FOR MORE MONEY YESTERDAY AND TOLD ME CONGRATULATIONS FOR GETTING MY HOME CLEANED FOR FREE..IM SORRY YOU DONT COME INTO NO ONE'S HOME CURSING AND TELLING THEM THEY DONT DESERVE THERE MONEY BACK FACE IT YOU DID A HORRIBLE JOB WHAT YOU DID IN MY HOUSE FOR 3 HOURS LOL I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AND YET THE OWNER CYNDEE STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED BACK TO MY EMAIL FROM TODAY ABOUT STACI'S RASH BEHAVIOR IN MY HOME USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK OR ASK FOR SOMEONE BESIDES STACI.

She was very attentive to what we needed and helpful with questions about other services we need at the property. We feel very comfortable using this company.

The ladies were great. Didn't mind the dogs being in the house. Did a great, thorough job. Would definitely recommend.

The proprietor, Cyndee, went above and beyond her duties to ensure that my stay in Ocean City during the holidays was definitely stress free and enjoyable. She even contacted me after the initial cleaning to make sure that everything met with my satisfaction. She takes pride in her work. She is a warm and caring person whom I will definitely contact for future housekeeping services.

If you find something that was not cleaned right and tell them about it they don't like it .and don't show up for the next time.

My home was sitting empty for over a year so it needed serious cleaning. I was so pleased with Cyndee - she did such a thorough job cleaning, that when I showed up with the movers - I was amazed how clean the place looked. I will be using Cyndee again!

Cyndee and her staff are exceptional in their service and always lend advice and tips to help me out around the house after each cleaning. When they are done I have a huge smile on my face because my home is now spotless and that's one big task I no longer need to worry about. Their company name 'Stress Free Cleaning' really says it all.

Cyndee was terrific! She fit me in with very little notice. She was very thorough and went above and beyond what any prior cleaning service had ever done. I would highly recommend this business and will be using them again.

She does more than expected. She also does our company's cleaning as well as the cleaning at another home we own, and she does a great job on all of them.
