OCD company did a fantastic job on my carpet. The carpet really needed to be replaced (or so I thought) but they did such a fantastic job on the cleaning, that I no longer feel like I have to replace them. They were reliable and did an excellent job. I highly reached the OCD company!

The worker was punctual, quick and thorough. He protected all my furniture from damage, left no mess behind and did an excellent job. Spots were treated and removed, and he paid special attention to high-traffic areas. I couldn't be more pleased.

We contract with OCD to maintain our carpet every couple of months for high traffics areas and once per year whole house cleaning. We have had this service for several years. OCD does outstanding work and can be trusted to be in your home without supervision. OCD does have access to my home via key and alarm code. We have built a relationship with this company where I will not use anyone else. I appreciate Mr. Kessler and his professionalism and team. As long as he is in business we will do business together.

Chiam did a great job! Walkway looks brand new! House had a lit of dirt and mildew, all was cleaned off. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

They were very professional and extremely careful to protect the surrounding walls and furniture while cleaning. They did an amazing job and extracted all the shampoo that had spilled.

I would highly recommend this company. First, I was impressed by the owner’s preparation and care in protecting my walls and floors. My carpet in the basement had previously been cleaned by Stanley Steamer and I was not happy with the results. After OCD cleaned that same carpet it looked 100% better, and I will ever settle for another company. They also did a fantastic job cleaning my upholstered furniture.

I am very pleased with the service provided by The OCD Company. It was extremely easy to arrange the service; Chaim and Mel arrived when I was told they would come; and they provided the exact service I had requested. Both the sleeper sofa and chair cushion looked like new.

The company was easy to reach by phone for making an appointment, and they were able to send someone within 5 days. They arrived at the appointed time, worked quietly and quickly, and cleaned up after themselves completely. They moved furniture as required and put protectors under the legs so nothing was damaged by the cleaning fluid. The job was excellent--all spots are gone, and the carpet as a whole looks great. They also pressure washed the front of my house. I was impressed by their knowledge of what technique would be best for my particular siding. It is very old, so regular pressure washing could crack it. One company refused to do it for that reason. But OCD used a less powerful spray method with a special cleaner, and they didn't harm anything, and the vinyl is much cleaner and better looking.

They come twice a year. Part of me thinks they’re a little pricey, but they’re professional and really on top of things.

The whole process and job went better than I expected. The carpets were so clean that the kids came home from school and commented how bright they looked. After 10+ years of walking on them and wear and tear they were so dull. The cleaning revived them. And the kitchen floor - WOW. The tiles and specifically the grout lines went from a darkish gray back to original light beige they used to be. And the best part was that the carpet was fully dry by the next day and only slightly/barely damp right after the cleaning and I am just loving my very clean floors. It makes the whole house feel clean. I highly recommend The OCD Company for a spring carpet and tile cleaning.

Chaim let us know when he was scheduled to arrive and came on time. He put up a weather shield at the front door to keep the house a/c in while he worked (since the hose comes through the door). Carpets look brand new and feel so clean. Tile floors - wow - what a difference - went from dull to sparkling. Highly recommend.

We received prompt, professional service from our initial request for an estimate to completion of the service. Due to the age of the carpet, several stains did return the day after cleaning. However, Chaim was quick to assist. He returned on two separate occasions to treat the stains to ensure we received a quality finish. The carpet looks fantastic and we would definitely hire again.

We have light colored carpeting. OCD was able to remove several obvious spots, and did an extremely thorough overall cleaning of this carpet as well as carpeting in two other rooms.. They were extremely diligent and professional in their manner. They arrived at the agreed upon time, and were very helpful.
