First I have to apologize for giving a rating of 3. My reason was I thought the inspection results were not sent in my email. However, they were sent and on the day on the exact day he said he sent them. The inspector reminded me to look in my spam folder. Because that's either a folder I usually delete, I often don't look in there except to delete them after a few days. Thank GOD I had not emptied that folder. Now for my results, whether I liked it or not and the truth is always hard to take. He at least sent another professional roofer and inspector to give a second a opinion at no charge. I am now able to mov forward with what needs to be done. Again, I Humbly Apologize for my Error. And yes, for another project that needs their expertise, I will call again. Please forgive me. Kenneth provided great customer service for the whole process. I actually had a plumbing issue right before the appointment and Kenneth was able to refer another contractor quickly. Helped me solve a lot of my headache!!
