Pop's Garage Doors

I have 1 large garage door and it had one long roller. It was replaced with 2 and the coil was replaced. I called the same day and they were able to help me out within a few hours.

They were so responsive, punctual and the employees are pleasant. I would call them again.

I worked it out with the owner and it went fine.

Turns out they don't replace rollers on wooden doors. So, I paid $89 for them to spray WD 40 on the rollers and hinges and apply some grease to the rollers.

Great. I knew at time I scheduled that I would need to replace springs- one was stretched out and ready to snap. The appt probably took less than 30 min. Everything was checked, adjusted as needed. We have had springs replaced 3-4 times over years. I was told that shouldn't happen. He told me that the springs installed previously were wrong size! We also had issue regularly with the light on the opener. Sometimes it would just not come on. We had to tighten the bulbs regularly-just figured the vibrations were making bulbs loose. He checked the opener, and even replaced one of bulbs for me. After all was done, I could not believe the difference. In over 20+ years living in this house the garage door has NEVER run so smoothly & quiet. We were so used to the rickety noise of it we didn't realize it shouldn't move so roughly!! So Pleased. Will not use another company for maintenance on this door!

After installation the outside switch sometimes will not close the garage door even though thins are clear.

The job was to replace rollers. Technician informed me on arrival that my door was old and that the rollers could not be replaced . Instead he installed missing safety cables and greased the track. I will not respond to another deal unless I can determine in advance the scope of the promotion,its applicability to my equipment and the fair cost of the actual work before payment. I received no call to schedule the work until I called them and they appeared not to be aware of my order. Once here they seemed knowledgeable and professional.

The installation got delayed due to delivery of the door but they arrived promptly at the new time they provided and completed the delivery quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves. They provided instructions

An hour after purchasing special, they were working on door. They replaced 10 rollers, oiled and checked door performance. Very happy with service and price. I will use again.

The sensor was fixed but the repair person left the door open at the top of the garage where the mechanisms are and it was too high for me to close; however the manager sent him back to close it.

good and bad. The installation of new rollers went well but the installation of rubber seals on the bottom of the garage door was poorly done.

Nati arrived on time and started work immediately. He diagnosed the issue with the sensor and the opener motor and replaced the entire system, save the lock. It tool some trouble shooting but he was diligent in attempting to solve the problem. I also purchased a warranty with this system since it's my third opener. He assured me The business would stand behind The warranty and work with The manufacturer on my behalf. I'm very happy with the service and the technician.

Things went well. The service provider arrived on time and called 20 minutes before arrival. A confirmation text wad also sent they night before to confirm the Sunday morning appointment. The rollers were replaced, and the garage door was inspected, oiled and adjusted. The technician found that i needed a new spring, and it was replaced in the spot. He also diagnosed an issue with the sensor and the opener motor. He was unable to fix the 2nd issue that day, but assured me there would be prompt follow-up that week. The scheduler promptly followed up on of that week, and scheduled the 2nd service for the next business day. I'm very happy with the service and the technician. The tech explained things well and he honored angies list coupon discounts.

Terrible because I felt he wanted to sell me a new garage door system before even testing my old system.

Excellent!!! It was late on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Pops Garage Door Service. They arrived within 2 hours and completed the job by 7pm. And at the price on Angie's website.

Good, the spring was an add-on, willing to negotiate the price after I did some quick online research. Happy with result.

Replaced all the rollers and tuned up the garage door. Everything now works fine.

The company responded promptly to schedule the appointment. The technicians arrived on time. After replacing the rollers, they told me that I would need to replace the chain and it would cost $600. I was not having any problems with the springs and said that I could not afford to spend $600. The technician went back to his van, spoke to someone and came back to report that the price had dropped to $300. This happened a few more times until the price was down to $150. Finally, the second technician, who had stayed in the van the whole time, got out and proceeded to tell me that it was dangerous not to replace the springs and I should do it right away. I was suspicious of their "hard sell", did not replace the springs and have not had a problem with it.

The require work was completed to my satisfaction.

Two techs. Arrived on time. Quickly located the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. They charged less then the "deal" because the rollers were not bad.

The guys who came were smart, efficient and punctual. They initially replaced the rollers on the two doors; after inspecting the door systems they recommended replacing the springs which had not been replaced in 15 years. I agreed they quickly finished the job, tested the system and lubricated everything. Both doors are working fine. The technicians were great.
