OK, Door works, no more screeching noise

Quite well, the lead guy was a crackerjack, fixed stuff up I no time, and did it quite well, a perfectionist! Now, the 89 price is per door, which I should have realized but didn't and the offer doesn spell it out !!

Nati, the service technician showed up right on time, was very professional and courteous. after the tune up he made some recommendations and expressed some concerns about the over head spring. I agreed with his recommendations since my husband and I also had some concerns about that door. Overall, we got a good price for the replacement spring and our doors are just as good as new. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Very well. They answered my questions concerning maintance of the garage door opener system. They also, without charge helped me reset my exterior garage door opener code which was not working.

Pop's garage Door service technician (Nati) performed a thorough check of the garage door system, discovered a broken door spring, replaced ball-bearing pulley rollers, and greased the door slides. All repairs resulted in a quieter running garage door system free from shaking.

I was ok, except without asking for permission, they stock their business card on my drywall!!!

Roller and spring replacement went very well. Door is much quieter when opening and closing. No call back yet with quote for installation of new weather sealing. This may not be the type of work the company normally does. Technicians were very polite - thank you!

Garage door is working smooth now. Rollers were replaced as part of 89$ coupon. Springs were replaced , the existing spring was meant for heavy doors which was causing load on motor and hence the noise. Additional charge 225 $ for installing new pair of springs.

Nati came out and measured. We talked about what I wanted from a style perspective and I was sent a quote next day. He said he would include an automatic opener for no extra charge. I hadn't wanted one initially, but I thought ok great! However, the quote I was sent did not include opener. When I inquired, someone named Joseph said I would have to pay extra for it. When I told him Nati offered it at no charge, he sent me an email saying it would be $100 or $150 additional. Ok no big deal. Still less than the competition, right? After about a week, I decide I want to order from these guys, but the door I chose initially was a lot more door than I needed, fully insulated, etc...So I called Nati and asked him to quote a non insulated model since my garage is detached from my house. He agreed there was no need for the first model he quoted given the detached garage and said he wanted to come back over to look again at garage. He told me he would be over Friday ( I spoke to him on a Monday), just confirm with Joseph over the phone, which I did. Once Friday rolled around I waited for an hour after scheduled appointment time before calling and finding out Nati was out of town on vacation. Really?? He and Joseph had a week to call and tell me we needed to reschedule. All I got was some mumbling from Joseph which I guess could be called an excuse, though I did not understand a word of it. Not once did I get an apology for my wasted time. BUT, I decided to give them another shot since I needed to get the door installed. When Nati returned a week later, he and his partner seemed confused as to what I wanted. Nati had none of his previous measurements, and quite frankly, acted as though he had never seen the garage before. You see...the opening had been lessened to fit a standard door in the past. I wanted the opening brought back to original size and fitted with a custom door. I was told it was no problem. However, on the second trip, there was a great degree of confusion. Not sure why. I showed Nati the picture and model of the door I now wanted and told him I would order when he gave me the new quote. He said I would have it that evening. Its been two weeks and no quote, not even a phone call...nothing. It is my opinion that these guys are not really experienced enough in this field. Certainly they have a lot to learn about customer service, and keeping promises. They may be ok at fixing little problems with doors, as all the reviews above state, but they failed in the sales department miserably.

I got a text message 1h before the appointment and they were on time. Finished in one hour. Al went very well.

Came out on time. Showed me why my garage door was making a lot of noise and told me a need silicone rollers to replace the old ones. He installed those and it works real good!

The two guys were professional and kind. Right after they left, the door didn't go up, so they came right back and it worked. But what is really significant is that ten days later (I'd been away), it would not go up again. So I called and told them off and they sent someone out right away. Mea culpa. It was nothing they did - it was how my driveway plow guy had left the snow. It would have been fine if they had left right away - it wasn't their problem after all. However, the guy stayed, defrosted the snow, and got it to work again. This is fast, responsive service and going above and beyond the call of duty. I very much appreciated it. I recommend this company very highly.

Replaced garage door rollers at the agreed upon price. Initially the technician told me that he would not be able to replace rollers at the bottom of the door because he could not remove the screws, but when I explained to him how it was done in the past, he proceeded to make the replacement without any further issue.

Baltimore can rely on these guys I had a very run-down garage door that I kept neglecting. Every year I told myself I would do something about it, and finally this Christmas I decided to really 'treat the house.' Though I wanted it done as soon as possible, I kept in mind the busy holiday season and the likelihood of that actually happening. That's why I'm giving Pop's five stars. They did it so quickly and were always readily available to chat. I never felt unsure or impatient throughout the whole process. Great price too! For a new company, I'm very impressed and hope they can keep up their high standards. Like I said, Baltimore can rely on these guys.
