On the Fly was great - they came out and were able to immediately pinpoint why we were getting the carpenter ants inside and then went on to provide some great tips to prevent getting infested again in the future. They clipped branches, looked at our roof, laid the baits, and explained everything thoroughly and succinctly. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual (huge when so many vendors often come outside of the window of time). Will definitely use in the future and have signed up for their monthly mosquito spraying package.

He even called to get me a quote to cut back the branches that were touching my roof, allowing the squirrels access to the attic. He took care of every detail. Amazing service!

We purchased this service with an Angie's List coupon after reading the positive reviews. We were contacted within a day to schedule our appointment. Don came and evaluated our situation, then set the appropriate baits and traps, also filling gaps to the outside. He gave us good advice on keeping food, etc out of reach. We've had an ongoing problem that we've tried to solve on our own unsuccessfully. The problem was eliminated in a reasonable amount of time and we are extremely pleased with the service. we have had mice issue for the past 2-3 years, after having had used many other companies, we finally came across this company.....and we are very impressed with his work. he is very efficient.....and we haven't seen any mice or their presence in our house for more than a month now. highly recommend them.

Don arrived with a coworker and promtly conducted the quarterly inspection. Don is always polite and very expert in his field. With the pest treatments, Don has rid my home of pesky ants, spiders and birds.

Discovered a bald faced Hornets nest approx 18 inch in diameter, Angie's List provided several highly rated pest control companies. Don from On The Fly responded. Arrived early, professional, knowledgeable. So much so we investigate other potential pest problems.

Appreciated the practical tips Don provided throughout the visit. He explained the range of options well and what we needed to take care of. Scheduling was very easy, particularly with them using the Angie's List messaging option. They were very considerate of my changing schedule. Don was prompt and was great about putting up with all our barking dogs.

We had what we thought were termites and swarmers. They came out to check out the situation. They confirmed that we did not have termites based on the photos we took. Turns out the bugs were citronella ants, which look similar to termites. They did not charge us, and we did not need treatment. Used these guys in the past for a successful ant treatment. Great pest control service.

We have used another service for years. To deal with mice, hey would come out regularly and bait the traps. Don from On the Fly Pest examined the entire area where we thought the problems existed. Where he found evidence of mouse activity, he left traps. But, he did much, much more. He searched for suspected access points -- a hole near the garage door, a small mouse hole in the wall and another small hole behind the water heater. He filled those holes to prevent future access. His best advice, "If you have enough to pay for bait or enough to patch holes, patch holes first -- that will do the greatest good." He was thorough, professional and took time to ensure things were done right. I feel like we finally got the right advice and treatment. I highly recommend them. We will be cancelling the contract with our prior provider and signing a contract with On the Fly.

Everything went well. I obtained the service on a $99 special from Angie's List. I did not see anywhere in the description that the service was not warrantied at all. After the technician was finished, he informed me that for the special, there was no warranty, and that a 60 day warranty would cost me an additional $90. I was disappointed but I paid for the 60 day warranty.

We have been bothered by drain flies the past couple of days.They went right to the sink and discovered a leak which we were unaware of.They recommended that we call a plumer to have the leak repaired and should solver our problem.They did not charge and I would call the if I ever had a problem.

It is great. First service was bought for $185.00, but we decided to do a yearly contract and the $185 was rolled into the cost for the contract.

Treated yard for mosquitoes and made recommendations for preventing future mosquito increases (Clean gutters, remove leaves, etc). The company has a 21 day guarantee which Don honored, graciously. Upon his return to the property. He inspected under our deck and saw an area of constant moisture. Because of the newly discovered area. He recommended how we can mitigate the issue more further. He then resprayed the yard and the new area completely (without charging us for the visit). We haven't had any issues since. Don is professional and knowledgeable. He is candid in recommendations and provides me thorough details of what is being done along with recommendations.

Over the summer we were so glad to finally enjoy our yard without being overrun with mosquitos! Our monthly treatments were effective and affordable. I never had to remember to call - they came out on time every month. Don is an absolute professional - answering questions, explaining what to expect with the treatments, making sure to steer clear of our kids yard toys and using options that are safe for them. I am beyond happy with On the Fly and will certainly have them continue mosquito treatments next summer!
