It went well, the solution to the problem worked very well. However the quarterly cost I feel is high and it would be nice to be able to call them back at the special rate of 99.00 or lower every 6 to 8 months. This was not an option. Overall service and issue being taken care for now has been great.

good thorough job. We ended up opting to contract with them for follow-up visits as the problem was extensive. They gave us good advice and between their work and some improvements to our attic, we think we've solved the problem.

They did a great job. Professional and knowledgeable. I hired them b/c the previous company did such a horrible job and I wanted a second opinion (which shows I am a difficult person to please) and they did a great job. Very thorough which is what you want when you have unexpectedly found a pest in your home and want to prevent it from ever happening again. Also, they sent an email w/ pictures they took of our home for our records and Don was excellent about calling to follow up with some additional questions I had.

Don quickly responded to my call and visited the site. He educated our tenant and myself and eased our fears. I will be calling On The Fly Pest Solutions for any of our future needs for our rental properties or my personal home.

Things went well. Ants are harder to get rid of (as we have learned with a couple exterminators over time), but On The Fly came back whenever we called to retreat which always got rid of the ants for a little while. The other issues we had were all taken care of in one treatment. Pricing is good and they were very friendly and professional. They also only use the safest treatments available with as few chemicals (or specifically harsh chemicals to children) as possible, which is a big plus.

They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I made two follow up calls to keep them informed and they answered right away...no need to leave a message. I did make a third call. They came out the same day to refill bait and set new traps.

They were just stellar across the board. They were super professional, on time, they use text for communication which is super convenient.

It went well. The service provider showed up at the appointed time, examined the house inside and out and explained what he would do. He also offered suggestions for handling the problem going forward. He patched holes where the mice could get into the house, including one large one that he thought couldn't be done, and put traps in several places out of sight.. He offered a long term contract but didn't push it when I said I wanted to think about it. He was very professional and worked efficiently. I asked if there was likely to be significant odor if the mice didn't get back outside after they ate the poison. He assured me that it was unlikely that I would smell anything. It had only been a factor in 2 or 3 of his previous jobs. That has not proved to be the case. The unpleasant odors have lasted for several days.

The representative who performed the work was very unprofessional. His comments were offensive and belittling. Would never allow this person in my house again.

The exterminator was punctual, pleasant, and worked quickly. He even gave me some tips on how to organize and store food. After his visit we still saw mice so we called for a follow-up because our deal had a warranty. When we tried to contact the office for another appointment, nobody was there to pick up the phone so there was a bit of phone tag (we left a couple messages and they called us back a couple times without leaving messages). We were able to connect with the off-hours admin who didn't know anything about our deal (he even said so) but tried to tell us a follow-up wasn't covered. I told him it was an Angie's List deal and he said the regular admin would call to schedule. He was nice about but it was frustrating to be told what was or wasn't covered by somebody who admittedly knew nothing about the service we purchased. We did get our (covered) follow up a couple days later once we heard from the regular admin. The exterminator seemed surprised at how many dead mice he pulled out the second time, which makes it seem like he didn't accurately diagnose the extent of the problem the first time. This may be unavoidable given the nature of mice (which is why I got a warranty in the first place), and we haven't had a need for a third visit which is good, but add that to my experience with the office and I'm not sure I would hire again.

Team arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and did a great job. The mouse has not been seen again.

Went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail and made sense. Its been a little more than a week now, and I don't see them anymore.

Everything went very well. The groundhog was caught within a couple of days and removed to a location 20 or 30 miles away. Don also provided some advice on things we could do to prevent groundhogs from being attracted to our property. On the final day, Don's team promptly removed all the cages and cleaned up the area.
