I have pets and it takes care of the fleas and flies and everything. It’s amazing. Their price is very competitive. They are very responsive and answer the phone all the time. They are very nice people. They are very punctual, they always let me know a day or two before they come and they always show up. Just one worker comes out and it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete the work. They always do exactly what they say, they do a great job. They are very professional.

I think I paid a lot of money for nothing, but whatever. The squirrels came back and I just let them live there. On The Fly Pest Solutions came back a few times to try. I do have some trees around my house; that's probably how they got in. I'd give them the best grade for everything because I knew what it would cost, and that's not their fault. Give them an A for everything.

When the electrical came, they said there was a mouse infestation outside by the fan. I just wanted to make sure that there is nothing lie that. I did not want them inside. They came and put something outside. I have never seen anything. I just wanted to make sure that I did not saw it. They did a good job. They came on time. They did what they were supposed to be doing. They told us what they did and they left.

They did the job. They did very good work. They were pretty good. My wife found them on Angie's List.

I was pleased with their work and decided to sign up for an annual plan to apply preventative treatments. So far so good.

I had them come in once. That's what I was interested in. I will not be using them again. The price was ok. He was very nice and explained a lot of things. He was here less than an hour. In one way it was ok I guess, but the job didn't totally work because I did have a couple of mice that came in after the treatment.

I'm an ongoing customer. It is quarterly. In the past year, I've liked them a lot. They have done very good work. Before last year there was one of the people that came out that I did not care for. They come out for ants, bees, beetles and just all kind of general pests.

They came out. I don't believe they did a complete job. They were there for a very short period of time. I wasn't there my mother was there. I believe they were under the understanding that they knew that I wasn't there, but they didn't know that someone else was in the home. My mother said that they were there very briefly and that was it. So, I really don't know what they did, but I spoke with the guy, but it wasn't anything for me to try to follow up on. He was responsive, I just didn't think he did a great job. They were punctual, they were responsive. The whole job wasn't done. They were supposed to come back for the interior because no one was there. They were in the area, so they said they would do the exterior, but I wasn't there. So, they couldn't do the interior. It was a good price.

It gets rid of mosquitoes. Regular and on time. Communication with the staff is fine.

I think they did a good job for me. Its been a while. They did a good job. They didn't have to come back. My tenant didn't complain. It was just as advertise, professional, timely, reasonable cost. The work was within an week. It was reasonable.

That was last summerish, probably June of last year 2016. No charge. I think they were very professional. A as well they were very professional. I would probably use them again in the future, its been a while. You know it was basically the property they came out to was a rental property. Its actually turned into a rental property for us so at that time we didn't go further because if the tenant wanted pest control we were going to let them do it on their own.

It was good. Everything was good. They were just here for that one visit. I would use them again. He seemed thorough and knowledgeable. They solved the problem.

They are fantastic. I could not be happier. They are here when we call them. They are friendly and professional. The chemicals are none toxic and we had to stay in the house for about and hour after they treated for mosquitoes.

Availability was great. They took their time to identify all potential problem sources for the mice and sealed them up followed by bait and traps (mice). I was so impressed with his attention to detail that I signed up for the maintenance plan...not to mention I have other critters I'd like to get rid of. I highly recommend them and will post a follow-up!

I had to leave my long-time pest control company when they failed to show up for service four times in a two week period. I decided to try a locally owned and operated company, and found this company on Angie's List. I called on Friday, and immediately got through to Chelsea, who told me about their services, prices, and staff. We arranged a first visit for Monday, even though it was Memorial Day. The owner, Don, called when he was on his way, and came promptly with his technician, Josh. I never felt hurried, they took their time learning about my needs, gave many helpful suggestions about my home's foundation and problems I was possibly having with rats (none seen, but evidence of their entry under my deck), and ways to ameliorate the issues. They explained the chemical that they used, treated the perimeter of my home as well as the basement, and placed a rat bait station under my deck. I was very happy with their knowledge and professionalism. Each quarterly visit will cost $115, but he took off a $25 Angie's List coupon for the first treatment.

The technician was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. They walked through every inch of the house and the outside and gave me a detailed list of what needs to be done on my part and theirs. They will be coming back out to do more work. They took the time to not only explain it to me and my husband, but my mother as well. I already recommended them to people.

It went bery well! Emergency situation over Memorial Day weekend-yikes! Don showed up to remove bird nests in my stove vent. I knew they were in there and I made a bad decision to wait to let the babies fly the coop. Don't wait that long! I called one pest control company (Number One Pest Control) that luckily referred me to On the Fly for wildlife control. Don showed up on a Sunday & was very nice. He cleaned out the vent to his best ability & screened it up so it can't happen again. Because of other related pests, I now need a duct cleaning from another company. oh no! Don encouraged me to call vent cleaning companies while he was there, one company called me back & Don spoke to him to explain what I need & to ensure this company could do the work. What a relief to have him there during the call! Note to larger pest control companies that I first called--they didn't offer wildlife services & didn't provide a recommendation-Very disappointing!

He came and told tenant that mice were getting under the backdoor. He did not fix the issue but just pointed it out and said the handyman needed to fix it. I thought for $205 he would fix the issue. He told tenant to move the trashcan as mice were getting into it. He put out traps for mice. He said mice were in the stove but he did nothing about that. She still had mice after that so I insisted that he come back. I was going to get stove taken outside and cleaned out but he said there were mice nests in the stove, so I thought that was too much to clean out and got a new stove. I really expected him to do more hands on work and not be a consultant.

Very helpful, went above and beyond for us. Pointed out a number of items to take care of, free of charge.

We were satisfied, as our rating indicates. The reason for the "B" in Punctuality is that they showed up early for one visit. They were in the neighborhood and took a chance on our being home. We were, but were entertaining guests, so it was inconvenient. However, I'd much rather have them arrive early than late.
