Description of Work: Special to inspect for and remediate pest entry into house. They identified a few spots and plugged them. Also left a few baiting stations. Offered a contract for additional services which I did not do at this time, but would be willing to have them do work if needed in the future.

Description of Work: Got a $69 AngiesList deal for Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment. Well worth the money and I will definitely use this company again. Very friendly and very informative. We usually get a lot of creepy crawly things in the house in the fall (our bottom floor is below grade) and there hasn't been anything since their treatment!

Description of Work: While very professional & knowledgeable, I was not thrilled to find that the only way to actually get an ant problem I had treated was to sign an annual contract at roughly 12 times the cost of this "Preventative" service. A thorough inspection was performed, but I received no actual service of my small ant problem because I did not sign that contract, nor the separate one offered for mosquitos. I was able to take care of the ant problem myself and a problem "damp" area discovered by the tech that may/may not have been caused by a leak from around my chimney's flashing miraculously dried on its own within a week and has not recurred, despite long periods of rain. This theoretically leaked from the roof, through the walls, to the basement and "caused" the ant problem on the first floor. Sticky traps placed throughout the basement by the tech collected nothing. I might consider this company if I had major issues, but I wish the "deal" had been properly advertised to be more of a Cold Call than any type of actual service.
