Well when I contacted them , thru EMAL,,, talked with a very nice person named TOVA, SHE WAS SWEET ABOUT EVERYTHING! WE SET UP A DATE FOR ESTIMATE, DON BRODY CAME OUT , TOVA SENT ME A ESTIMATE, WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND set a date for the job ,,job was completed on 10/27/2015. Our technician's initial visit consisted of a thorough check of our home. We found many holes in our foundation that they helped fill in which has completely solved our cricket problem in our basement. Other pest companies had come but none of them did a thorough sweep of the outside of the home. We had an ant treatment as well and in a few days the ants were gone. At the same time we decided to treat our lawn for mosquitoes, we could not believe the difference that made, we were able to enjoy our whole summer on our front porch, even our neighbors who's yard had not been treated noticed the difference. Overall, we are very happy with the service provided, our technician was on time, patient with explaining treatment options and very polite. We will definitely be calling them for our pest problems in the future!

We have contracted with On the Fly because of their superb service, attention to detail and honest, quality work. Anytime we've had an issue we've been able to schedule a service promptly (sometimes the next day). When we originally had On the Fly come we were dealing with mice in a city row home. Don was diligent about not only looking at the areas where we'd seen droppings, but also searching for other potential areas they may be in the home. After the assessment, he took the time to seal places where mice may be able to get into our home both in the basement, kitchen, and outside of our house. I'm pleased to report that so far, we've not seen a return of the mice. Similarly we had an ant issue once it began to get wet and cool outside and the service was equally as detailed, assessing both the inside and outside of the house and treating both of these areas. We trust Don with our pest solution needs and are always beyond happy with the service that is performed. It's difficult to find reliable and honest service providers and we will never consider another pest company after having such great, quality experiences with On the Fly Pest Solutions. Don also makes a lot of recommendations on how to keep your home pest free even when it isn't directly related to the problem they are there to fix!

I am an avid gardener and I do most of my gardening around dawn and dusk. Unfortunately, those are the prime times for mosquito activity. We had an unusually strong infestation this season due to the high moisture. We called On The Fly. They were courteous and put us on the schedule right away. I especially appreciated the courtesy call from the technician that he was on his way over. The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he knocked on the door and told me that he had not sprayed certain edible herbs in my perennial garden even though he was only told to avoid my raised beds. We signed a contract for the season and plan on doing so again next year. We feel like it gave us our yard back.

Went well. The provider walked around my property, showed me some areas that should be cleaned up to prevent mosquito breeding, then sprayed. They came back the second time and I didn't even need to be there, they just sprayed on their own.

The owner came with information regarding how the yard would be treated and what to do to maintain the backyard to keep mosquitos at bay. The treatments worked very well. The owner was courteous, professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Don from On the Fly answered my call the same day and scheduled me for an emergency full house mouse treament that evening. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to respond and get the job done. Don arrived on time and appeared professional and courteous. He explained his service and was up front about pricing. He got right to work and covered the interior by checking and replacing traps and filling entry points. Don was careful not damage my home or appliances and he cleaned up any potential sources of attraction from hard to reach places. Then, he checked our garage, the most troublesome area. He notified me of several steps I could take to decrease the liklihood of mice entering my home and then filled in any holes. On the exterior, Don filled holes and explained what I could do to keep the mice out. Everything went well. They were really good at identifying my issue and explained how to get rid of it.

Don was both cordial and professional. Part of the deal was a follow up visit three weeks later to see how the traps he put out worked. He is very knowledgeable and professionally competent. We did have a real problem with rats getting into the house, and we had the utmost confidence that Don took a very effective course of action. I still need to move the wood pile, but for the moment the rats are no longer in the house.

I really liked the guy that visited. Very honest and knowledgeable. He sprayed for ants with 2 month guarantee, so far so good -no more ants in house. Did not pressure for long term services.

Very prompt in responding to initial request. Scheduled first visit 3 business day later. Showed up at appointed time, Very friendly and professional. Gave sound advice about preventing ants from entering house. Return visit was May 5. Again arrived on time. Treated a couple of spots outside house where there were signs of ant activity and again treated inside location where most ant activity took place. Also pointed out places outside where I should remove additional leaves to minimize ant colonies forming. I am very pleased with On The Fly and would definitely use them again for ant control or any other pest control issues.

Don is very knowledgeable and will help you to understand the conditions the Home Owner has on the property to attract rats (rats is my problem) = he takes the time to educate the customer. In addition to his coupon services (about 1/2 the price of other companies), ask him about the "more Natural Treatment". I am chemically sensitive. Don is FULLY licensed. He communicates clearly; Don answered ALL my questions and told me to call him, if I had more questions. He was very responsive and flexible about scheduling, even changing his schedule for the day to come first thing in the morning so I could get to work. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. If we ever have a real pest problem, I will call him again.

I know it sounds crazy, but we don't want to harm any pests that come into our house. For example, if we see a spider, we capture it and release it outside. however, once we saw rats in our backyard, we had to get professional help. We tried to work with other services, but they didn't respect our wishes and went straight for kill methods. I get it - it might be necessary - but it was like other companies didn't even hear what we were saying. The provider was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He spent a lot of time investigating both in our attic and outside and came back the next day to look at possible entry points from the roof. ( the roof was wet from rain on his first visit). I never felt pressured to use his services, in fact, he recommended we get an arborist and a roofer to address the problem. He offered to set traps, but was clear that without fixing the exterior issues, the problem would continue.
