+ -1 moreMarc was our buyers agent for our first home. We had very particular wants, and looked at close to 40 houses before finally finding just the right combination of attributes. Marc was patient with our pickiness, provided good advice, and listened to what we really wanted but still guided us through the process with our best interests in mind. His staff was very helpful in preparing two offers, one that was too late, and a second that was eventually accepted. He came for the several-hour long home inspection. We are thrilled with the house we ended up with, and are grateful to Marc for guiding us through the first-time home buying process.
