+ -1 moreThere was one old stain that they couldn't get out, but we don't know what it was and it wasn't as visible as it had been before.
Description of Work: We were just moving into a house that the previous owners had kept cats in and we wanted to get rid of as many allergens as possible. They came in and cleaned the carpets and did a good job.

+ -1 moreIt was great!!! I love the smell and the way the carpet came out!! The technician was very helpful and informative. They came as soon as possible and did a great job. They also have a free trial offer on any carpet in your house.
Description of Work: They did my dining room and living room. First, they did an inspection of the fiber, then they gave me a price. Next, they vacuumed my carpet, something no other cleaner has done for me, and took out all the dry soil. Then they pre-sprayed my carpet and used a grooming brush to help with the application, finally they took all the water out with their powerful vacuum and used fans to dry the carpet quickly. Then they went over all the remaining hard spots with a special application which took almost all of them out!!
