I called and the person who answered the phone listened to the problem and said that it might be better for an HVAC person (He didn't want to waste my money). I appreciate the honesty and they have won any future business.

The work addressed the problem satisfactorily. Unfortunately, the contractor did not honor the Angie's Deal price and quoted a fully-priced project. Since I had already paid the Deal price to Angie's List, I agreed to the full price. The work was not completed in one day, as represented.

This was a small job, and it did not involve waterproofing, etc., since he cause of the damage was the pipe which had since been repaired. There was some crumbling of cement and the wall itself had obviously been wet. Other companies that advertised repairing water damage didn't want to even look at it since it would not result in a big contract for them. Jerry at EcoPro looked at a picture I texted him, told me what I would need, and was willing to send out a team to do it. It only took them about an hour and the wall looks fine now. I was so happy to get someone to agree to work on it at all that I didn't even set a price; fortunately, EcoPro was extremely fair and charged me far less I expected.

I called Echo Pro as one of my 7 estimates for a water/mold issue I had. Jerry came out and gave me estimate. His estimate was much less than the others and we talked about it. He said what the others were telling me had to be done was very excessive and unnecessary to remedy the problem. I went with Jerry and Echo Pro and was very happy I did. We set a date for the team to come out and do all the work. They were prompt, courteous, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. There were a couple of other items that came up as they were doing the work and Jerry said they would take care of them for no extra charge. When the work was all done in the basement I also had Echo Pro clean my vents throughout the house. They were the most reasonably priced and still gave me all the services other vendors were charging extra for. When the job was done in the basement and the vents throughout the house I was very happy I selected Echo Pro. About a month later I called Jerry about something else I forgot to ask them to do in the basement and related to cleaning the vents. Jerry said this was no problem and Echo Pro came out and took care of those extra items for no additional cost. I could not recommend Echo Pro more highly for any kind of water or mold issue and for cleaning your vents throughout your house.

I called Eco Pro Restoration to have the mold tested. Jerry informed me not to waste my money having it tested, and said that he would be more comfortable telling me how to handle the mold if he could see it first. I was willing to pay for the consultation, but he did not charge me. He came out to my home on a Sunday evening (very responsive and accommodating to my schedule) and took a look at the problem. He instructed my husband and I on what to do - and it turns out we didn't need to pay for any expensive treatments. I am very appreciative of his honest assessment and willingness to come out to my home for a free consultation on the weekend. Jerry is very professional and knowledgeable. If I have another mold issue, I will definitely give him a call.

Excellent service! Very professional. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. I feel this company went above and beyond to help me out. I can already feel a difference in the house and the floors no longer have cold spots. Jerry was very nice on the phone. Easy to get a hold of and took the time to answer my many questions. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future.

Chris was very nice. I showed him the two spots I had seen mold (one on the insulation by a closed vent and the other on insulation by an HVAC pipe. I left him to look around the basement some more and when he reported back to me he said the basement wasnt sealed, (we had just bought the house, built in 1989), and we would need to fix that as there was efflorescence on the walls and the cinder block was wet in the corner. We went over several options and he said he would send an estimate. The estimate was a confusing 4 page deal. So I called to have them walk through the estimate with me. I got someone else who was defensive and argumentative defending why equipment was necessary ... when I finally convinced him I wasn't arguing what was necessary but that I didn't understand what the line items were and just wanted him to explain what I was looking at, he was more polite and actually looked at the line items. He sounded confused himself saying since he hadnt done the inspection so he wasnt sure what the situation was. That set off some red flags. Anyone in that company should be able to pull up the inspectors notes and know what the assessment was and the suggested remediation. Furthermore there was no set of options like we had discussed and the person I asked to clarify the estimate had no clue what I was talking about. The estimate by the way was $2,370.99. So I hired another company to give a second opinion. That company came in and explained everything to me in person and inspected the attics as well. I had used a dehumidifier since the first inspection and the basement was greatly improved, this inspector said he generally recommends dehumidifiers as a good idea for almost everyone. This company told me that my problems were excessive insulation especially by the plumbing and vents. that mold only on the insulation where I showed him indicated the mold was from condensation from the very humid summer and told me to remove the insulation from those areas and get the vents cleaned (which they do not do). He said the cinderblock looked great and if a little efflorescence is all you see in a house built in 1989 that the foundation was in good condition. He explained what he saw in the attic and said that it should be inspected by an attic insulation specialist in the spring but told us what to expect to hear from them. So the second company told us how to address the problem with an email explaining everything we discussed and no other cost beyond the inspection. Vs $2370.99 with Eco Pro.

They went very well. Insurance didn't cover it unfortunately, but Eco Pro did a great job and I was very satisfied.

Once they found the moisture source. They removed it and treated it. They explained that waterproofing the area with heavy moisture problems will in turn levitate all issues. The guys over there are very sharp. You can tell they care about me and my family. The guys over there even helped me with other projects I had going on in my house when my contractor kept brushing me off. I now have a mold free certified clean air basement with the driest I've ever felt that area since I bought it. Actually they now have a job doing my parents crawlspace and I'm sure it will go just as smooth as it did with me. Love these guys, Chris,Jerry and crew thank you so much!!!

Service was excellent. During the install, pictures were taken and several problems were identified. First, we had a leak and it turns out our hot water heater was the culprit. Second, the crawl space opening was allowing a lot of moisture and rainwater in (to be fixed through better gutter control and grading). Once the leak was replied, they promptly returned to finish the work - again taking pictures. I highly recommend - Jerry was very thoughtful and informative.

The job went well. They were a few minutes late but did call and let me know when they would arrive. Workers were respectful and efficient. The area looks great. They installed several layers of a vapor barrier and the area will now be used for limited storage. I bought the advertised special but it might be worthwhile to get an estimate a head of time depending on your size and the situation. My overall crawlspace was fairly easy to work within. I do have flooring (ceiling for the crawlspace) insulation which they did tighten up and improved.

Chris came out and was very nice and professional. He went into the crawlspace and found moldy, glued-in insulation on the top of the crawlspace. They wound up performing a full mold remediation in my crawlspace, on top of the vapor barrier installation. They were extremely fair, courteous, helpful, and cooperative. Not only that, but they did an excellent job, and did it honestly.

The service went well. They had a little mix up in the time on their website. On the site, they had a day which was I think Monday, but the date was actually Tuesday. When we got that straightened out, they came and did it right away. The price was a good price. There was one spot that was not taken care of and they left some things under the footing which I think they should have put on the cap. So, I had somebody go in there and asked my guy what the big hump there. He said that there were some pipes under there and said that they should have put them on the tub or I could hurt myself. Other than that, it was fine.

I could not afford to have the work done at the time.

Eco Pro was an amazing company to work with. They were very patient despite a few scheduling changes on my part. They sent a guy out to give the estimate who was knowledgable, fair and explained the job in great detail. They were able to work us into their schedule immediately and started work within 2 days of the estimate. The job was completed in a time efficient and professional manner. We will use them for any and all of our Mold removal, water damage and restoration projects.

This was a $99 big deal that I purchased for a friend. It was adequate. They did the service on the same day I purchased it. I guess my only thing would be that it is not really an adequate package. It probably should be a minimum of two indoor samples and one outdoor. To do better they should better educate the consumer to get a better, more accurate result
