Eco Pro Restoration

I requested an assessment of an exterior leak and resulting interior damage. Eco Pro was very responsive and came to my house the next day, right on time (actually a few minutes early). The representative took a look at the areas of concern and gave a thorough assessment of what needed to be done and what we didn't need to worry about. The information was very helpful, and they did not even charge for the assessment.

Made an appointment last week, they said they would be here on the 6th but they didn't show up or call me to let me know they weren't coming. I was also unable to get them to answer the phone, but when I did finally get someone to answer they said they had tried to call me but I saw no record of it on my caller id.

We had water come through various spots in our basement the night of the Ellicott City flooding. I called Eco Pro late that evening. Impressively, they answered and were out the next day. We had already mopped up and began drying out our carpets but wanted to hear from the experts how to mitigate the existing issues and prevent future water intrusion. He gave us a very frank + honest assessment of both. He even walked around the outside of our property and made suggestions. He didn't sell us on anything and basically said we had it pretty easy relative to what else he had seen that day. I offered to pay for the house call but he said it was company policy they not charge. Although I hope I never have to, if needed, I will call Eco Pro again.

Eco-pro was AMAZING! They provided us with punctual, fast and efficient service. They were a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was taken care of 100%. Their prices were very reasonable and their quality of work was top notch. I would Absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone else in need of restoration/mitigation services.

I was very impressed with Jerry and his honesty and professionalism. He was very quick to get me an estimate (less work than I thought I would need!) and proceed with the job. He was very polite to the tenant and called me after to go over a possible problem with the washer leaking. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I took an offer from the email list. They did not complete the job as specified. It took them 3 visits, but they never actually accomplished the task. The first time, they reported that they saw an animal in the crawl space, and said they'd return after we got rid of it. So I sealed the two ventilation openings and put out a Hav-a-hart trap (and didn't trap anything) and called them back. They came and said one of their workers was too big to work in our crawl space, so they'd need to return with a slimmer person. The next time, they came and laid some plastic loosely, but didn't tape it, and claimed that since there were two layers of plastic, we'd have no further problems. But they certainly did nothing to seal out the elements.

I wanted my basement laundry room tested for mold before I have it finished with drywall. Jerry did a mold inspection of my basement and saw no active mold. No Air quality test was required based on his inspection. He made some recommendation for keeping the basement dry. There was no charge for the inspection and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me further testing or remediation that wasn't required.

Just signed up a new contractor to pull out all of EcoPro's work and start again

Eco Pro was very responsive when setting up the appointment. Jerry (the technician that came out) was very professional. He was on time and called 30 minutes prior to arriving, Although he couldn't pinpoint the exact cause of the leak, he did provide possible causes. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend their services.

Very satisfactory. They did a bit extra by finding and removing some trash I had missed. Am very please with the job and have already recommended to a neighbor.

Eco Pro was wonderful. They were able to come see the damage and provide me with a free estimate within days, and were able to complete my work within a week. They were always on time, and went above and beyond to finish the work quickly and professionally. They were very careful to put down plastic to protect the rest of my home from any dust or debris, and even cleaned more than they needed to afterwards. They also provided me with photos of all the areas where I had mold damage, and all stages of the repair. I am extremely happy with the quality of their work, and would hire them again with no reservations.

I was worried about mold in my basement after a recent rise in humidity due to some changes. Eco Pro Restoration responded quickly. Jerry came out and gave me an honest opinion, reassured me, and made several recommendations of things I can do to prevent any future problems. He did not recommend any of his services as he did not see a need or charge for his time. I would definitely use them in the future if needed!

Although they couldn't address the mold until the underlying water issue was solved, they were extremely helpful in directing me to another source and trying to help rule out any other source.

Good. They were patient clean and did more for the money. Very professional and empathetic to what needed to be done We were nervous about the whole process but Jerry calmed our nerves down and didn't take advantage of the situation. Highly recommended.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Barrier is a bit thin. Was installed over gravel and is already tearing from light use. However, the installers found a leak in our crawlspace which is worth more than the cost of the barrier.

Technician arrived promptly. Looked over the bathroom carefully and showed us how to remove moldy area without any danger of it spreading in the house. He didn't even charge us!

They were very good. I had to do the chimney first, then they did the mold remediation. Could not do the mold until you got rid of the problem. They did an excellent job. Not only did they remediate the mold but they also did extra in the fact that they do more. In other words, they painted and fixed the closet. I had to pay for it but the bottom line is that I did not have to go and get people to put the house the way it was. They did that. They did the painting around the area. Instead of having to look for some else, they said, we can do that. They did that too. That is why I really like them. They were not the cheapest ones but they were good. You don't want the cheapest all the time. The man came in and didn't do a lot of crap, he just showed me where the mold was, showed me what it was and gave me a price. Everyone has these long tails and wanted to do no more than this man did. He was very good. They came when they was supposed too. I hope they never have to use them again but I would use them. It does not get done overnight.

I called Eco Pro based on Angie's List reviews. I spoke with Jerry several times (with questions, scheduling, rescheduling (my fault) etc.), and Chris and Oscar completed the work at my house yesterday. When I came home from work, my house smelled fresher than it had it years (embarrassing!). This was a VERY positive experience. They respected my time and my home. They answered all my questions and did a very thorough job, even sending me a set of photos after to show the work that had been performed. I would recommend/hire them again without hesitation.

The price was reasonable. We were going to do additional projects, but that did not work out. I called them, they were quick. We were in an crisis mold with toxic mold. What more can you ask for.

It was really good. They were great. They came when there was a foot & a half of snow within a couple of hours. I had called other places and they couldn?t make it. I am a fan. I would definitely call them again. It happened once before and boy, they really made a mess, but these people were really good. It was a $1,000 give or take, there were so many costs. The price was fair. They came in the snow, I was impressed! Their responsiveness is what I am raving about, they came so fast and I would definitely get them again. I?ve got them in my cell phone just in case.

Jerry came to the house to give us an estimate first. He was thorough and informative. He then came back to do the work and did an excellent job, staying within his allotted time frame and completely taking care of our mold issue, including removing air duct registers and shower doors. He was fair and honest.

Excellent service--the gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty! They worked very hard despite the conditions of the work-space (which I would not enter).
