Description of Work: I asked Barry to visit my home and give an idea of a listing price and steps I would need to take to get the house ready to market. He and his associate toured the house, discussed marketing approaches and called back promptly with an estimate. I don't plan to list the house until next Spring, but when I do, I will certainly consider using Barry as my agent, he was very professional.

+ -1 moreHe is the man you want on your side when you are buying or selling a house. He is aggressive and gets your needs met. We wanted a particular house and he made sure we got the house. A mutual friend got us in touch with him. He took care of having windows, carpeting and wood flooring put in while we were traveling abroad. He was above and beyond our expectations. We still call him anytime we have a question about our house. He will always respond to our questions and calls.
Description of Work: He advised us about placing a bid on our home since we were thinking about moving. He also helped us buy our home in 2002. He charges a standard brokers fee.

+ -1 moreBarry Nebozny was a terrific real estate agent. He gave me a list of people that could help with renovations to the house including painters, electricians and plumbers. He helped evaluate the market and set a more appropriate price as we originally had it listed a little too high. When we were ready to buy the condominium, he was on his way to the airport but took the time to meet with us, go over the contract and secure the deposit. He also stepped in to help my buyer at settlement when she had questions.
Description of Work: Remax sold my home, suggested renovations that would help the sale, arranged a photo shoot, distributed DVDs of the house and did an on-line video. They sold the house in about 5 months. Their agent also helped me purchase a condominium, arranging the contract and attending the settlement.
