Baltimore Rug and Carpet Cleaning

My blind uncle cut his leg and didn't know it. Wherever he walked in the apartment there was blood stains on a white carpet. It truly looked like a crime scene. Baltimore rug and carpet came out and cleaned up the stains. Some stains were very difficult to remove so they returned. (They told us that this might be the case with blood stains). When complete they did an excellent job. Can't tell that there were ever stains.

Called and spoke with a guy. He asked me to text my address and email with a preferred time and he would called after finishing a job to schedule an appointment. Next day and still no phone call. I sent another text. Still no phone call. I called and left a message in case the text Did not go through. Still no returned phone call. It’s the day I wanted the carpet cleaned and still no response. Would have been courteous at least to text or email to say he didn’t want the job. I used this site ONLY because of their high ratings. Very disappointed.
