Outstanding. The team of two, led by Matt, was very professional and very competent. Both were in uniforms and even wore slip-on shoe covers. As expected. Though with the additional charge for a frost-free bib, the cost was actually MORE than it would have been if I bought it from a different company full price.

He figured out that we had accidentally turned off another shut off valve in our house that goes to the outside faucet. He actually showed us where all our shut off valves where and what they went to. He took his time to really address the problem and walk us through the information and not just jump to conclusions.

It was a somewhat time consuming job because a plastic piece broke off the old flapper and lodged inside of the toilet itself. The plumber was able to eventually get it out by using some imagination or I may have had to replace the entire toilet. Additionally he replaced a leaky valve and a new tank system. The toilet is working fine. Plumbing is always expensive so I am unsure how their costs compare to other companies but this job costs more then I expected even after the discount. However, it is likely close to the going rate. They did provide a prompt response. I have used them twice and both the scheduling staff and plumbers are pleasant besides being effecient. I would use them again

This is a first rate, professional company! I first called Atlantic Mechanical to get an estimate of adding a shower to a bathroom space that already included toilet and sink rough-ins. Mike came out and spent a good amount of time brainstorming how to achieve this goal. In fact he came out a second time as well. It turned out that I decided not to pursue the shower idea after all and set up an appointment for the installation of a toilet and sink. In between I was in touch by email with 2 of the regular staff, Hindy and Casey; they are accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Today, Ron came out and installed the toilet and sink and changed a faulty shut-off valve as well. He arrived with shoe covers and made sure to clean up well after himself. Overall, although they are not inexpensive, I feel that I easily got my money's worth, what with the consultations up-front and followup after the job was done. I will recommend them and use them again when the need arises.

After 1st new water heater didn't fit space, providers searched for a smaller one and installed same day.

They had to cut my inside paneling to access pipe to the outside,which I approved for the extra cost. They did an excellent job, were fast, ( great for hourly rate) efficient and friendly. It couldn't have gone any better. I already plan to use them for my next project.

Excellent service. We were kept up to date as to when the tech would arrive and indeed he arrived within the 2 hour window and quickly took care of the faucet replacement. Matt was friendly and efficient. The price was good for the service and I would recommend Atlantic Mechanical for plumbing needs based on this service. It's difficult to review the price as I did not shop around and get estimates but I was happy with the work and was happy to pay the agreed upon price.

We purchases a comprehensive plumbing inspection special deal that was worth every penny. Harold showed up promptly and inspected the plumbing connected to every sink, toilet and the water heater. He was thorough and pointed out what things were fine and what things needed to be looked at more closely. We asked about the pricing for some of the 'look at more' closely items, and the main office promptly provided a itemized quote based on Harold's detailed notes.

It did not go well at all, and I suggest that customers not use this company unless they improve their customer service. I was scheduled for 1:00 to 4:00 one day, and stayed home during that time. I even had to reschedule an appointment with my oncologist to do that. At 3:40 I called and was assured that the plumber would be here that afternoon, and that the receptionist, Casey Green, would call him. She said that she or he would call me to give a better idea of when he would arrive. No such call having been received, I called the office at 4:58. Closing time was 5:00, but she had left early, and I had to leave a message. Needless to say, the plumber never arrived..Casey left a message the next morning, offering to put me on the schedule another time, and rushed through her message so fast that nobody could possibly understand the phone number that she left, and I had to look it up. That is terrible customer service, and I suggest that you avoid letting it happen to you.

The whole process was great! Casey contact us, confirming our availability and letting us know the details related to installation prior to installation day. The technician arrived on time and do a great job. Price is fair with great Angie's list coupons.

I had an appointment and they called and said they had an opening that day so I said "great". Matt came out quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and professional, very knowledgeable and mostly seemed to really care to get the job done right and not cost me more than necessary. I will call them again. I'm thrilled.

Everything went great. Very mannerly and professional. I was actually late in returning their calls for an appointment. After contacting and setting a date, they called back and said they could come a day earlier which was convenient. They even answered a question on another problem I had which I can take care of myself. Only problem, which they may not have noticed was the shut-off valve at the repair started leaking due to age. I'll just put new packing in that.

I purchased the deal on March 18. I had selected three available dates to have this work done. Atlantic Mechanical made initial contact with on March 21. I responded back to them on March 22, and they set the appoint for my first availability which was March 31 at 11:00am. On March 31, the technician called said that they had a 9:30 cancellation would I be open to them coming early. I said fine. The two technicians came looked at what needed to done and began work. One of the technician said that the shutoff valve needed to be replaced and explained why it needed replacing. The charge would be $65 for the new shutoff valve, and agreed to the replacement. The technicians were finished by 1:00pm. They showed me the new hose bib on the outside along with the new shutoff valve on the inside. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. I have some other plumbing work that needs to done, and looking at them doing the work.

Appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. Was kept updated about the arrival time of their staff. Friendly and pleasant professionals. Did an effective job, cleaned up after the job. Were very upfront about the cost of additional work that I had requested.

Great workmanship. the technician even goes extra mile to extend the bridging when the old one is not long enough after cut. Job was done as specified.

The Atlantic Mechanical workers arrived on time and were finished everything within an hour. They removed my old toilet and installed the new one. Although they were unable to take and dispose of the old toilet, they did place it in the box that the new toilet came in. They added a turn off valve to the new toilet even though they weren't suppose to. They said since the new toilet came with its own parts, (they didn't have to use some of their parts to install the new toilet) they could add a turn off valve. That was very nice of them and I appreciated that. I was and am still pleased with their service. Thanks again guys. Job well done.
