I really like Atlantic Mechanical. I have appreciated their service and I would have them come out and complete work in the future if needed.

They were quick and they cleaned up when they were done. They did everything they said they were going to do and completed it when they said they were going to.

My wife had met with two companies. She didn’t like the first company but liked the way Atlantic Mechanical was. Michael, the owner, was very helpful and willing to answer my wife’s questions. They were very prompt and I was pleased with the service. Everything worked out very well.

The do awesome work. They explain everything in detail before they complete work. They will also tell us exactly what it would cost and their price is never higher than what they originally quote. It's nice to know there is someone we can trust and who we feel safe being around. I highly recommend them!

They did a good job and did what they were supposed to. We have a lot of old piping in our home so when they connected the old pipes to the new pipes there was a leak. They came back right away and fixed it.

The technician was knowledgable and thorough. He was able to take care of the problem and service the unit. The cost was reasonable and I had no complaints.

It turned out fine. Since it was covered under insurance there were a series of calls back and forth between the real estate agent and the company so there was a bit of delay in the project. However, everything turned out good!

It worked out well. They came on time, stuck to the original estimate and were very reliable. Also, a number of my neighbors use their service and are happy with them.

They did a great job. It was absolutely honest and they didn’t over sell which was a delightful contrast compared to the plumbing company I had dealt with previously. I found them to be very helpful.

It was a very mixed experience. The day they were supposed to come out, they didn't show up. I called them and apparently they called us early, and because we didn't answer they moved on to the next job. I felt like they were overly rude about the situation. They apologized and sent someone out that day but he took a long time to do nothing and we were paying by the hour. He also did a terrible job. We called them back and they sent someone in to evaluate it. He came out and told us that it was done poorly. They sent someone out to redo it and the one who had checked it out made sure he was there and that they did it right.

I could not be happier. They fixed everything and charged LESS than the estimate. Not only that they fixed my loose screen door on the way out. I will use them again.

I called three places for quotes including Atlantic Mechanical. One didn't do gas heaters and recommended Atlantic and the other place was higher by about $150. Since the installation wasn't an emergency, we agreed to a week after I called to book. Later, I had to move it up a day and Jack was accommodating. The installer called before he arrived to let me know he was picking up the heater and would arrive within 1/2 hour. He arrived, introduced himself and quickly went to work. Two hours later, I had a new, correctly installed water heater. I thought the price ($850) was fair and the installation was professional.

We ended up going with a chimney sweep company b/c of the price, but if I ever needed a plumber or other HVAC work, I would definitely call Jack again. He was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.

WE RECEIVED SERVICE PROMPTLY AND WITHIN A WEEK OF CALLING. THE TWO PLUMBERS WERE KIND, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAREFULLY EXPLAINED EACH PROBLEM AND THE WORK TO BE DONE. THE JOB WAS EFFICIENTLY COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
