Description of Work: Atlantic sent a plumber to repair a drippy bathroom faucet on August 21st. He was late arriving. After looking at the faucet he indicated that some parts needed to be ordered. Later that day we received a call stating that the entire faucet may need to be replaced. Either option was fine with us. After 3 follow up calls to them, we still have not heard anything as to when the faucet might be fixed. Our call yesterday was to tell them that if we didn't hear back by the end of business, we were going to hire someone else, which is why I'm back here on Angies list!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the company, serviceman and service. Doug was very professional. He figured out the problem rather quickly and answered my questions very patiently. The repair was done promptly and therefore, not too expensively.
