She arrived on time and READY TO WORK! All the boxes did not necessarily contain items related to the dining room. She helped me decide what to discard and what to keep. With the stuff I kept, she put in a mutually appropriate place. She also took away trash and goodwill items. She keeps working even if you get tired. In short HIRE HER!

They charge $71 per hour. Cindy is the owner of the business but Rebecca comes out on weekends; she did a great job. The first Sunday we basically cleaned out 3 rooms; it was great. The second Sunday we cleaned up a lot of my husband's stuff. Cindy worked with us all the way to meet our expectations. Their pricing was cheaper than some of the other companies so they met my expectations for what I wanted; to me their price was right. You can't ask for anything more than they provided; the quality of what they did was good.

I have been delighted with Aim 4 Order, and specifically, with Cindy's help over the past several years. I wish I could bring her with me when I move out of the area! Cindy is patient, nonjudgmental, hard-working, and enthusiastic. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She didn't simply coach from the sidelines; rather, she asked what I wanted to get done, and did it with me. I am not a hoarder by any means (though I believe she will assist people with hoarding problems, too), but I do have major difficulties keeping up with household organization and paperwork-management for disability-related reasons. Cindy was sensitive to this, and she tailored her help to fit my situation. When I didn't know where to start, or when I would get stuck, she would jump in. She was flexible with timing, and understood and accommodated my needs and limitations. She encouraged me to think hard about whether I really needed to hang onto papers or other things (often: nope!), but she never pressured me into parting with things I felt I needed to keep. She also helped me figure out how to file certain paperwork, and suggested clutter-reducing ways to hang onto certain sentimental items (e.g. putting things in albums, scanning old certificates and documents, making a t-shirt quilt, etc.). It amazed me what we could accomplish together in a short period of time; if I'd worked alone for 5 times as long, I'd hardly have made a dent in the mess, and I'd probably be frustrated and exhausted. But with a couple of hours of Cindy's help, suddenly I could see horizontal surfaces again! Aim 4 Order's service pretty much paid for itself -- literally as well as figuratively! In the process of de-cluttering, I unearthed cash, checks I'd meant to deposit, receipts for things I'd meant to return, gift cards, and so on. But more than that, the peace of mind that came with a less-cluttered living space was worth every penny!
