Sweet Air Plumbing

I have used Sweet Air a number of times for standard plumbing issues and was always happy with the work. The only hassle is that when you call, you get a voicemail. Usually, they call back quickly, but not always.

Two gentleman arrived to install the toilet and did a wonderful job! They cleaned up the area after removing the old toilet before installing the new one. Very happy with their work!

Sweet Air does a good job. This company I have kind of latched onto as a go to company, because of my experience over the years where I’ve had other contractors in the past, and either they are very expensive or they are just not terribly reliable. There is like 25 different properties that I use this contractor at. That valve is one of the most expensive parts for your plumbing armature. It cost like $60 or something like that. It is a competence thing. I use them pretty regularly. I tell you what, plumbing prices are extremely variable. Their prices are very reasonable. I mean you can get so reamed by a plumber, it’s unbelievable. One person did the job. I wasn’t there, but I spoke to the guy that was there and I am going to say it took about 35 minutes to do the work. I am pleased with their availability and their confidence.

Mike McKenny and his crew did an excellent job. He arrived on time and gave us an estimate. It was a difficult job due to the slope of the hill and very nasty weather. The crew ran into extra problems with cracked 60 year old terra cotta pipes that connected to the house. We were very impressed with his professional work and we would highly recommend his services.

I am very happy with all of the work that Sweet Air plumbing did for us on our house. They provided us with comprehensive free estimates which other plumbers would not do. We did also get competing quotes and their prices at least matched or beat others in their service category. We had service by several of their employees at different times and all of them were great. Bill and Larry did most of the work for us and they are both friendly and professional, and they will take the time to explain their practices and the workings of your water system as well. They took great care in installing our new gas line and made extra sure they didn't damage any of our hardwood floors. In the basement a small hole in the ceiling was required to complete installation of the gas line and Bill even took care to make the hole neat and straight so that repair will be easy for me. Upon completion of the gas line installation they hooked up our new stove and everything works great. We needed a new water heater which they were able to replace for us on warranty and it saved us a lot of money. They did a fantastic job replacing old plumbing lines and installing new lines that are much more secure and higher in quality. This was all done with the installation of a new acid neutralizer tank needed for our water and they very thoroughly showed us how the tank operates. Sweet Air Plumbing was great to work with and I have already referred them to some of my neighbors and friends. They are the kind of friendly, knowledgeable and professional vendors I like to work with!

Jenny and Mike and everyone that works for them have always been really terrific. Their name and number were on the pressure tank in the house I bought earlier this year, so when the tank went up - a month after I bought the house! - I gave them a call. I was very satisfied with the end result and with their professionalism. The price was high, but I think that is more a result of having plumbing work done, regardless of provider. I highly recommend them!

I called this firm twice and finally got a return call 2 days later. I am adding a full bath in a new addition. It was a fairly easy job because the drywall was not installed and the bath was right over the main stack. I got an email back a few days later saying and quot;Mike reviewed that plans you sent over and considered my notes from out conversation, but has decided that he is not interested in the job at this time.and quot; Not certain what they work want to do but it won't be from me.

Contractor came out to my house to review the work to be done, promised he would follow up. I called 3-4 times in the following 2 weeks to attempt to get a follow up and contract, with no response. Contractors who do this are wasting people's time.

Very professional and feel very confident that pump was installed correctly. Will call for other plumbing needs.

They were flat out honest with us because our pressure tank was not working. They flipped up our well covers to show us the age because we didn't know where to find it. They were clean and courteous. They actually came in under the price they quoted us. They showed up on time and was just wonderful to work with. They answered every question I had for them. They even called 24 hours later to check and make sure everything was going well. It's nice to have a company that responsive. I actually recommended them to my neighbor.

Their price was better than the other companies that we did compare. They showed up on time. We have been using them in the past.

They were on time and very reasonably priced. $119 hour versus a quote for $200 hour Explained to me how it works so I can do it in the future. Clean and helpful. They helped me with adding Calcite to my water softener and also explained to me about my copper pipes

SWEET AIR PLUMBING Sweet Air was excellent, very responsive, and got there right away. It was minor up keep on my well, filtration system, and sump pump. They were prompt. When it comes to plumbing, Sweet Air Plumbing can take care of every thing.

The only problem I had was they would not warranty the toilet even though it was a Kohler toilet in a sealed box. I was not happy with that. The price was fine and what we had agreed upon but it was a brand name toilet in a brand new box and they wouldn't warranty it because they didn't provide it. I was disappointed in that. The receipt they gave me said there was no warranty. They were out quickly and the toilet works fine. I called them because they were in the area. They were polite and it was not a negative experience. They did what they said they were going to do as far as the work. The work was what I expected but that one little thing was annoying and I wouldn’t use them in the future.

They are prompt and honest. They have great communication.

They came promptly and addressed the work. They were courteous and clean. Also, they recommended additional work that should be looked at. The prices were very reasonable especially considering the job.
