+ -1 moreI called them 3 times to try to get an estimate but no one ever got back in touch with me to set an appointment. If you want a responsive company, this is not it.

+ -1 moreMRS came out quickly for the estimate, waited a few weeks while I got estimates from others and then were quick to respond when they were selected. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on the steps. The repointing was excellent and the new steps are perfect.
Description of Work: Front entry steps to home are brick and needed repointing. Back steps were too small or doorway, too shallow and breaking away from house. These needed to be rebuilt

+ -1 moreAfter several delays due to rainy weather work was started. Kyle worked by himself to remove the concrete from the stairwell, fill all cracks and then parged with three layers of concrete. He and another worker removed the sidewalk, set the forms, placed stone, placed the drain and poured the concrete sidewalk. The project took a little longer than originally estimated, but that was due to unforeseen circumstances like the hardness of the original concrete that had to be removed. Nobody complained and everyone just went to work to get the job done. They all worked in a professional manner and answered all my questions. They worked around my schedule so I could be there and even rescheduled some of there work to get the concrete poured before the next rainfall came. I am just waiting for the concrete to cure in order to have the final seal coat put on. Very happy with the job done.
Description of Work: Repaired cracks in basement stairwell. Removed and re-poured section of sidewalk in front of stairs. Added slot drain in front of stairs.
