Lothorian Pools

I used Lothorian for years and although I had some issues, I was not educated enough in the inner workings of pool maintenance to have a full grasp of Lothorian's short comings. After getting deluged with bills for unauthorized services, in addition to not receiving certain critical services that I had paid for, I decided to find another provider. It was not until I had two other companies look at my equipment that I realized how profoundly Lothorian had failed to do work that I had paid thousands of dollars for. Also, they technically are not authorized dealers for the equipment that they installed. This makes sense, because they never knew how to hook it up properly. Their version of filter cleaning was releasing the DE water in the filters using the an escape valves which shot the water on the walls and floors of the equipment room which is indoors, leaving a colossal mess. I called the owner to address this before I resorted to writing this review but my calls were never returned.

First time pool owner after purchasing new home. Called Lothorian to close the pool - nothing else - requested only closing. They showed up and closed it in a timely manner. However there was cut a pipe between the pump and the return - sawed through clean and straight. I can only speculate but given the location of the cut it was probably intended to cause me to call Lothorian when I needed the pool opened. There was absolutely no other reason to cut the pipe - everything functioned properly before it was cut and after the cut was repaired. I did not ask Lothorian to open the pool. I opened the pool myself. Lothorian billed me for opening the pool anyway and sent me past due notices for a pool opening they never performed until I called and requested them to stop.

We had heard good things from other customers and they seem to know what they're doing. They're more professional than other companies, too. They are very punctual.

They were prompt and provided courteous service. We will use them again in the future.
