As a home owner I have two concerns about hiring a contractor. Honesty of the company and identifing the problem correctly and paying a fair price. The tech who came showed and explained the problem to me. I was unfamiliar with the apparatus but he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me how to troubleshoot the problem myself. Very happy for his help and expertise.

The job is not completed they replace the well pump tank and they didn't put the cover back on the relay switch the pressure gauge is still broken he left a hole in my yard I didn't backfill the yard and they change the price on me

Our well stopped working one evening about 8:30 & within 11 hours it was fixed. Our well housing is outside underground, & the problem was not with the pump, but rather the pressure switch, which had been shorted out by a small Kingsnake who got caught up in the switch. I sent the email & they called within 2 minutes & came out at 7AM & within 45 minutes the switch was replaced with water restored. I could not have asked for anything more, other than it being repaired for free. Right on.
