no water on new years day called liberty pure around 3:00 kevin came out t 4:00 and installed new well pump very good service and on time liberty pure was the only company i could get on new years day thank you stephen smith

did great work we worked out a Payment plan with no interest and some down back in August 2018.

I HAVE USED LIBERTY PURE IN THE PAST AND THE EXPERIENCE EACH TIME HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEIR STAFF AND TECHNICIANS ARE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Liberty pure responded right away and came on time the next morning. Replaced the jet pump, primed and got the water back on. The total price was a shock with the pump only costing about 260.00, but it was a Sunday. They performed well, cleaned up and we're good to work with. I'd call on them again for furture water needs.

Kevin was so honest in his pricing and did not play games. My well pump and had someone at my house within two hours. Very professional and his coming back to do more work :-)

Kevin ,Steve and Matt we're honest, forthright and cheaper than the competition . Kevin called me right away and we had our water treatment and water heater installed two days later. Awesome Job , Correct fix for our situation.

They were quick to give an estimate and their prices were reasonable, especially compared to some of the other quotes I got.

Company responded more quickly then a number of other companies. Job was completed in just a couple of hours. Only complaint (mild) was that the company did not come back out to test the water as they indicated after they replaced the well pump. The water seems okay but it took a couple of weeks for the water to clear up so it could be consumed. They were really the only company to respond with a quote so hard to rate the value for the money.

Did the job for less than anyone else and did it well. No issues with the repair since 2013. Meant to leave feedback then but now know the job has lasted 5 years ! They missed one thing and came back and fixed right away.

Ridiculously expensive. Found out afterwards that they charged me at least twice what others would. They didn't even do a good job. Told me the wrong things to do after putting new pump in. Made me ruin the new pump from running the water too fast and too soon afterwards. Thankfully, I found another well pump service provider and all is ok, except for being out of several thousand dollars.
