I contracted with Liberty Pure to install the water heater. well pump and water conditioner. Once it was installed they said to wait an hour or more. I left came back that evening, still no hot water. They sent someone out and it worked. The gentleman stated it was the breaker. So after he left I went down to see what was going on. I look at the electronic work done and it didn't look right to me. I called a friend and he agreed. He called and spoke to one of the managers. We had already taken pictures. After the conversation, we sent the pictures. That was yesterday morning. Its now Thursday and I still have not heard from them about the poor electronic work done.

Working with Liberty Pure was great. We were able to get an appointment for consultation very quickly. Nick came out for the inspection and helped us figure out the best plan forward without any pressure at all. The company sent Steve out 5 days later to install a new acid neutralizer. Nick and Steve were both great. I would highly recommend Liberty Pure for all of your water treatment/plumbing needs!

Persons answered phone calls at 10PM. Service people showed up the following morning at 7AM. The whole job was done by 2PM. Thank you!!

We recently had an emergency situation; our hot water heater was leaking and our house is up for sale. Tyler came out within an hour, assessed the issue, gave us an estimate (and in fact, lowered it a bit) and by the end of the afternoon, we had a new heater installed! Great work, company and technician!
