This turned into a very long job when the pump would not come out of the well. After hours of work and 3 different associates working on this, they were finally able to get the new pump in. Even with all the extra employees involved, they did not try and increase the initial agreed upon amount. 1100.00 for this service seemed high to me at first, but after reviewing and seeing other prices people were paying for this service, it was on the low side of a lot of the estimates some were paying. They came out and gave an estimate in less then an hour and began work. Thanks!!!!

Appreciated that they gave two estimates and said the break might be at the water meter and they might not have to replace the pipes from the house to the street. Prices were in line with the other estimates. Employees were professional and courteous.

I very much appreciated the direct and informative answers when asking over the phone about installation costs of a hot water heater. It's a relief to get such a response when the majority of places want to have a technician come out first. This undoubtedly presents possible uncomfortable situations in so far as feeling like you have to make a quick decision or feeling like you're being sold more then you want.

Other plumbers who gave bids were almost double the money. They said they needed 2 guys and 2 days. Steve at Liberty came by himself and was done in 1 day. They will be the only phone call next time.

Prompt, great communication, job was done right

I had a major delay with my insurance company and Liberty Pure allowed me time to get through the "red tape" after their quote. The techs were great and professional. They installed my water heater and also found that there was a problem with my sump pump. They gave me a great quote and installed it that day! No complaints!

This plumber was a true professional, offered very reasonable prices, and did a great job. One complaint is his truck wasn't well stocked so he had to leave two times to get replacement parts.

Contractor is fine, would hire in the future. Would recommend as well.
