Since this was a Tankless Water heater I wanted a Factory recommended company. Steve and his assistant were excellent. This routine descaling of unit was completed on time. The cleanup was great. I had 3 other quotes from this web site and this company was the best. Would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Would like to suggest that business card is made into a magnet. I sometimes misplace cards. Thanks

First off, I ended up going with a A.O. Smith 50 gallon hybrid hot water heater. But man, I can't say enough great things about Liberty Pure, Kyle pulled a bunch of strings to find the heater I wanted and gave me an incredible price on the whole package with installation. Steve and Mike dropped all their other jobs for the day and showed up at my house well before they were expected and were able to complete the job quickly and professionally. They did a superb job and even threw in a 10 year free labor warranty as icing on the cake! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!!!!

A day after completing the work, we noticed that there were several sink holes in the yard, especially in areas where people would walk. We requested that they come back out and fix the holes. The owner replied that they laid grass seed down and didn't have to do that, and that they would not return to fix the holes. After arguing with the owner, he asked what he would have to do to make me happy. I replied that I wanted the holes fixed. He replied "will do", but never did. I would not recommend them for any work.

Doug (the owner) and his staff are very professional. I was lucky enough to get same day service when our well pump needed replaced. Doug met me when he said he would. There was no waiting around. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a detailed estimate/explanation before anything was done. I believe that he is trustworthy and I would highly recommend this company. I plan to hire them in the future to maintain our filtration system.
