The person I scheduled my job with was very honest and forthcoming about the various options available. He even took the time to research some alternatives which was appreciated. Installer was friendly and did a great job. A+

I had an overall good experience with Pure. It started off a little rocky, but they where very accommodating about getting my water heater installed. The master plumber came out to check over the work that was done, some adjustments had to be made, and it got done. I really appreciated that part, because they did not have to come back out, and could have left the work like it was, but instead they made sure the job was done and done right. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing services. In this day and age, FAIR, GOOD, hard working people are hard to find, these guys definitely fit the bill, and yes I would hire them again.

The salesperson who set up our hot water replacement was knowledgeable and available with answers to our questions. Our hot water heater also heats our condo so the price is much more than a regular heater. Liberty Pure came in with a great price well below what others in my community paid. The plumbers were here on time and cleaned up after. We experienced no problems!

Mr. Doug diagnosed the problem, advised me of the cost, and even left about 20 gallons of water to get us through the weekend. My well pump went up on Friday evening and weekend service would have cost much more so we opted to wait it out until Monday. I would definitely recommend using Liberty Pure for your well pump replacement.

They are good people,...Price was lower than other two companies ,which I contacted for this water line to replace ,cleaned up every thing after the job done.I would have give them 5 star ,only one complain that's is drive way is not fixed yet,its over a week now..So I have to call them again to say Please fix the drive way with concrete as promised...Over all so good .I am satisfied and highly recommend....

Overall, a great experience. I was contacted promptly. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. They'll be my plumber of choice from this point forward.

Liberty Pure Solutions was extremely fast in contacting me. They listened to my repair issues and reviewed some pictures I sent. We discussed the best solutions and product to replace my water heater. Jack was sent to my house a few hours later as promised. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the scope of the installation and troubleshooting problems in the future, who to contact, etc. I highly recommend this company.

Our property uses well water and the builder put in neutralizer, softener, sediment filter, and even a iron remover but our water still has the trace of yellow of iron. The issue lasted for more than two years now. Mike came to our house and did the water testing. He is so knowledgeable and even though the system was not from him, he immediately found the issue and changed the settings on our softener and neutralizer. He also helped setup the resin cleaning system for us. Now after 2.5 weeks, the water became much clearer than before. I would fully trust Liberty Pure and Mike for our future water issues, if any. Thanks to Home Advisor as well for the helpful reviews.
