They called almost as soon as I posted the problem, even on a Sunday. I had no hot water and the tech came that day. As with other reviewers - they gave me option to try to repair rather than replace and told me that the repair should hold me over for a while. I really needed that because money is really tight for me right now. I was impressed that they worked with me and got the job done same day. Best part -- HOT WATER!!! My water got warm, at most, for the last several years - Now it actually gets HOT. Another pleased customer. Thank You Guys.

I was so pleased that I was given a choice on options and materials. Most importantly what the manager recommended was the way we chose to go, but was NOT the most expensive. Very pleased with the manners and especially the fact they kept things so clean for such a dirty job as digging up the yard and repairing a water pipe.

These guys are great at what they do. I was contacted right away. Within an hour, they had a tech at my door and ready to work. I was told that the tech would arrive by noon the day I needed service. I have you to know that the tech was done with his work by noon.Long story short, arrived before scheduled time and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Professional, courteous, patient, diligent, knowlegable. I would highly recommend Liberty Pure Solutions. My first contact was a call from Kyle - so quick, I had just clicked to review the companies that were recommended. It was a Saturday, and he offered to send someone out on the weekend, but it worked better for me to wait until Monday. Joe came within 15 minutes of the time frame I was given. He assessed my water heater and explained the different options (2 repair options or a replacement). He was very knowledgeable and patient while explaining the pros and cons of each option - and the approximate costs of each. I ended up choosing replacement. Poor Joe didn't have someone to help him, so he had to remove the old heater through VERY tight spaces for one person to manipulate. At one point he had to stand my sofa on its end just to get the heater by and through the front door. I was very impressed with his ability to work with my very small row home. And he was dedicated. I think he worked on my job for 7 hours or so. I really appreciate the excellent work AND excellent customer service.
